"Yeah, I take testosterone shot every week." Oliver replied, "When was your most recent shot to the accident?" Hank asked.

"He had a shot the day of the mission, why?" Steve replied worriedly as well, "Well the gas may have reacted with your fresh testosterone and done that to you." Hank replied pointing at Oliver's flickering hands.

Hope comes back into the room, "Oliver, can you come with me?" she asks.

"Will he be able to do that to his whole body if he learns how to control it?" Steve asks after the two had left the room.

"Honestly, if he learns how to use these powers, he could." Hank replies.

"Tony would probably kill me if he knew I was asking you this." Steve chuckled biting his lip.

"What can Tony do about it?" Hank replied.

"Oliver is his son, not mine. Everyone thinks I'm his dad though. It was my fault that Oliver was hurt and got these powers." Steve paused.

"I said that nobody would recognize him because we needed someone inside the building, he is already angry at me for that. Making him a hero and training him will just make Tony even madder." Steve replied.

"This should be Oliver's choice, do you think he would even want to be a hero?" Hank replied flipping through some paper on the counter.

"He's best friends with Spider-man, he was raised around heroes. He is probably going to want to be a hero." Steve chuckled.

After a few minutes, Hope came in with Oliver and the results of the blood test.

It showed that the inhaled gas was had quantum particles and reacted with the testosterone.

"Oliver, this is going to be a weird question but do you help your family and friends as a hero?" Hank asked the boy who was sat down back beside Steve.

"Well yes, but how? I don't have any powers, all I've got are these flickering hands." Oliver replied.

"With training, you will be able to go through objects with your whole body as well as still be able to live an everyday life and touch things." Steve replies.

"Before you ask, yes. We will train you, oh my gosh. Tony is actually going to kill me." Steve chuckled.

"How though? I can't even grab a pen or hold Peter's hand anymore." Oliver replied.

"You just need to focus, pal. Hank, can you hand me that apple?" Steve asked getting up from the chair.

Steve tossed the apple around in his hands, "Just focus on catching this apple." Steve said before getting ready to tossing Oliver the apple.

Steve tossed Oliver the apple and it fell right through his hands, "See, I can't do this." Oliver sighed.

"Yes you can, you just have think that you can." Steve replied grabbing the apple from apple from off the floor.

"Again?" Steve asked waiting for Oliver's response before he tossed the apple.

The apple calmly landing in Oliver's hand before falling through his hand again, Oliver let out of huff.

"Do you have any kind of training space here?" Steve asked picking up the apple again.
"Yeah, right around the corner and down the hall on the right." Hank replied.

"Hope, can you ask Scott to bring Peter and Tony to the training space?" Hope nodded quickly pulling out her phone and send Scott a text.

HOPEfully won't kill me
Hey, bring the two to the training room.

Scotty
Kay but why?

HOPEfully won't kill me
We are trying to help Oliver learn how to use his hands and powers

Scotty
Sure be there in a few.

"Okay, Oliver. I need to focus on using your hands, I am going to throw you this apple. It's either going to go right through you, hit you or your going to catch." Steve said to the boy, "Okay." Oliver replied quickly.

Steve tossed the apple towards Oliver but it just went right through his hands again, Oliver kneeled down in front of the apple and focus all of his energy on that damn apple.

This continued on for about an hour before Oliver with a lot of concentration caught the apple.

Oliver sighed with relief taking a bite of the apple, "Finally!" he chuckled.

Steve smile hugging the boy proudly, "That wasn't too hard, was it?" Steve asked getting up from the floor.

"I mean it was kind of." Oliver replied putting his hand out to help Steve off the ground.

Steve grabbed onto Oliver's hand who was focusing extremely hard on not letting Steve's fall through Oliver's.

The two walked over to Peter and Tony who were talking about technology and movies from the 80's that Peter thought was really old.

"If you think those movies are old, what are you saying about Capsicle here?" Oliver chuckled at the veteran.

"I was born in 1918, I am actually pretty old but those movies aren't that old." Steve chuckled with his reply.

"So how's training going?" Peter asked the other boy.

"It's going well, I can finally use my hands!" Oliver chuckled putting his hand out for Peter to high five.

To mess with Peter, Oliver made his hand transparent so Peter would stumble towards Oliver who pulled him into a kiss.

"Smooth but was that an accident or was that just so you could kiss me again?" Peter blushed with a laugh.

Tony cleared his throat with a cough before walking up to Steve.

"Can I talk to you for a second?" he asked clearly stressed, "Uh- sure?" Steve replied before Tony pulled him into the hallway by the wrist.

"Tones, is everything okay?" Steve asked with worry.

"Oh, don't 'Tones' me, I am not letting your turn my son into a superhero. The only reason he got these powers was that of you! You said he should've been a part of that mission." Tony replied starting to yell and getting into Steve's face even though Tony was clearly shorter than him.

"Tony, they were his watches! He was going to find a way to help either way! He risked his life to stop others from getting hurt by the literal bombs in those watches!" Steve replied with an aggravated sigh.

"It's not your place to have my son as the head of a mission, it is especially not your place to be training my son to be a superhero! If anyone was going to it should be me, which is not going to happen!" Tony yelled.

"Oh like how it should've been you raising him too? You left a child in the care of Pepper, your assistant!" Steve replied before Tony froze in place to think about what he would say next.

"He is my son, I screwed up a lot back then. He only started seeing me as his father a couple years ago. I want to be the one protecting his world, he shouldn't have to put his life at risk too!" Tony replied clenching his fists.

"He is just a kid!" Steve yelled.

"Yeah but he is my son!" Tony yelled back before socking Steve right in the jaw. Steve didn't seem to be affected by the punch.

"Barely. You didn't even raise the kid yourself! You homeschool him and left him with your assistant!" Steve yelled as someone walked down the hallway.

"Guys, what are you fighting about now? You literally just made up!" Oliver yelled at his two father figures.
