Coffee Causes Daydreams

Noah's POV
"I'm Noah" I smiled. She looked at me, worry and excitement rushing through her.

"I-I-I know, I'm a big fan of you" she stutters.

I smile at her, she isn't another fan girl I can see it. "Who are you playing?" I ask.

"Lara" she replies quietly. "Why?" She adds.

"Because I wanted to know if you are the person I spend the entire movie with...." I laugh.

"Am I?" she splutters,blushing like crazy, she looks cute when she does that..... no Noah this is a job not a date. "You are my partner in this aren't you?" She asks shyly.

"Yup, we have to have real chemistry so we should get to know each other more." I say.

"Why does that matter?" She replies slightly confused.

"Because we need chemistry to play believable lovers" I laugh.

"I guess so" She giggles. "Here" she said handing her phone over to me. "Put your number in so we can chat more and organise line reading and stuff" she smiles. I put my number in her phone and handed it back to her. Our hands touching for a brief moment. Her cheeks went red, she's adorable.

Noah what are you doing....this is a job - don't make the same mistakes twice.

The rest of the day we toured the set and got to know the cast, they are all really great people. Ivy and I hung out all day, making progress on our relationship as on-screen lovers. I can't help but feel like she's different but I thought that about Abbie too. I guess I should be more cautious with the people I hang around with especially after everything.

Ivy's POV

"Lucy man the set was fucking amazing" "AND THE BEST FUCKING PART"

"What bitch What" she asked worried

"NOAH CENTINEO IS MY BOYFRIEND IN THE MOVIE" I screamed giggling at the reality. Noah Centineo is about to be my fake boyfriend for the next six months.

"The Noah Centineo the one you've been in love with your whole life?!" She exclaimed. I nod my head vigorously. We start screaming and giggling until we are interrupted by my phone ringing.

'Noah 💕 wants to FaceTime...'

"Who is it? We are celebrating!" She asked angrily.

"It's Noah" I say. Before Lucy could protest i pick up the phone. "Heya" I say awkwardly a pink colour flooding my cheeks.

"Hey Ivy, I was wondering if you wanted to go for a coffee. To go over our lines you know not a date at all..." he blurts out.

"I'd love too, cya at Joe's Café in ten" I smile. Lucy puts her arms in the air mouthing how it's our time. But it's Noah and it's my job so I guess I have to go....

"Great cya then princess" he winked. My heart melted at the name I was just given. I got my self together and drove to the coffee shop. I was a little early so I ordered my usual Carmel latte and a blueberry muffin and sat down at a small booth by the window. Raindrops hit the window as I fell into a daydream.

"Hey, ivy?" A voice says snapping me out of my dream. I looked up, Noah sat opposite me sipping a coffee.

"How long have you been here?" I say covering my face with embarrassment.

"Not long" he smiled laughing. He reaches into his bag and pulled out the script, I did the same. We started to read through the script, getting to grips with how long we were on screen together, what kind of affection we had to fake and just reason through the main scenes. Just being with Noah made me feel happy, I've never felt like this before. Maybe he feels the same way....

Noah's POV
She's the nicest person I've ever met, watching her focus and smile when she remembers the lines in the scene we were rehearsing. She is different, and has something special about her.
