Y/n and Loki were married for three years. It was an arranged marriage and to say they weren't getting along was an understatement. Y/n was cold and collected king of Helheim. His father decided to pass the title to him and to rest after the centuries of his regime. Y/n was the only heir of the kingdom and he was prepared well to take over the throne. The marriage with one of the heirs of Asgard. Not to mention Loki was a heir of Jotunheim. Y/'s father picked him as a suitable material for a husband.

-Anything? – asked Y/n. His father was putting a lot of pressure on him to make Loki pregnant. It was the time for having a heir for the three kingdoms.

-No. – answered Loki. – Still no results.

Y/n huffed in annoyance. The only thing he wanted from Loki was a child, that's all, and he couldn't get it. He was getting angry about the situation they were in. His father even suggested getting a side lover and cheat on Loki, but Y/n refused. First he arranged the marriage and now he had a nerve to suggest something like that.

-We will try again then. – he said calmly when the wave of anger passed away. – That's all we can do.

-I feel bad I can't give a child to you. That's all you need me for.

-That's not the whole truth. – sighed Y/n. – You help me rule over three kingdoms. I wouldn't be able to do it alone. Don't worry, we will finally have a heir.

Time skip

Y/n and Loki were having sex almost every night and sometimes even during the day. Despite all the trying the situation still didn't change. Loki was feeling more and more devastated, while Y/n's father was expecting the good news all the time.

-Do you think we are trying too hard? – asked Y/n after another sex session.

-You're getting tired of me? – asked Loki. Y/n knew he had feelings for him.

-No. – said Y/n quickly. – It's just...maybe we should let go of this topic and not to worry about it.

-You say we're worrying too much?

-Exactly.

Loki though about his husband's words. Maybe Y/n was right. Loki agreed with him and later that day they decided to go on a date and relax instead of having sex again. They had a long walk in Helheim and enjoyed their time together. They let each other's minds wonder to other matters. They didn't think about the problems. They kept doing that for the next two weeks.

Time skip

-Good news. – smiled Loki as he walked in the throne room. Y/n was reading some documents but he looked up at Loki immediately when he heard his voice. – I'm finally pregnant!

-I can't believe my ears – he grinned and hugged Loki tight. – Told you we make it.

-Yeah. – they both hugged each other with smiles on their faces. – You can send the news to your father.

-Screw it, he can wait a little bit more for pressuring us lie that. I will tell him the next time he will ask, not earlier. – chuckled Y/n and sighed in relief and happiness.

Loki and Y/n decided to celebrate the news with each other for now. It was supposed to be their little secret, cause they wanted to cherish the fact, that they were about to become parents soon. It was a big moment for both of them and it brought them closer. Their relationship grew stronger. Finally their family was complete

Time skip

None months later Loki gave birth to S/n, the first son of Y/n and Loki. Y/n's father was delighted with the fact that he had a grandson. S/n was a very energetic child, eager to learn as well. The little prince was loved by the residents of all three kingdoms.

-S/n what did I tell you about running in the palace? – yelled Y/n as he saw his son running around on the slippery floors. –You'll get hurt.

-I'm sorry Daddy. – he pouted and hugged his father's leg.

-Awww~ You two are so cute. – chuckled Loki as he saw the situation in front of him.

S/n giggled and ran into Loki's arms. Loki hugged him tight and smiled when he felt Y/n's arms wrap around them. They stayed like this for a good while, simply enjoying the family hug.
