3rd POV

(Part 2 of the one shot from vol. IV)

Y/n, the Alpha of the L/n pack, was waiting for the doctor to finish examining James. He had to stay with their son, S/n, during the examination, so he couldn't be there with James. Y/n's mate was puking and having mood swings for a while and it worried him. S/n was four years old now and even though they tried to have another baby, they couldn't. If there was no possibility for James to become pregnant, then the problem had to be more serious.

-You won't believe it. – said James when he came back from the pack's infirmary. – I'm pregnant! – he yelled.

Y/n stared blankly as the information was sinking in. Then he stood up abruptly and swept James off of his feet. They laughed, kissed and hugged each other, not able to contain their happiness. Y/n sent the message to the pack's members. They received a storm of congratulations. S/n ran to them grinning. Y/n picked him up and hugged him.

-Does that mean I'll finally be a big brother? – he asked.

-That's right. – smiled James. S/n cheered making his parents chuckle and kiss his cheeks.

Time skip

James was even more moody than when he was pregnant with S/n. Y/n asked the boy to not to disturb James, and whenever he had something that bothered him, or just wanted to talk, Y/n was there for him. He took all the duties on his shoulder's again, everything to not to bother James. Y/n wanted him to rest well. They wanted this baby too much to risk losing the pregnancy. After all it was not only the two of them waiting for the baby, but their son was whining for siblings for two years now.

-Daddy. – said S/n to Y/n. – Can I help you somehow? You're tired.

-Come here my little Alpha. – smiled Y/n and opened his arms for his son. S/n sat in his father's lap. – I am tired. But I'm almost done with the reports. Then we will play, okay?

-I'd prefer if you went to sleep. – answered S/n with a serious face. Y/n kissed his cheek and chuckled.

-Okay, as soon as I'll be done, we will take a nap.

Y/n did what he told. He finished reading the report from his Beta and picked S/n up. They went to the boys bedroom and snuggled on his bed. Y/n wrapped his arm around his son protectively and fell asleep together.

Time skip

They were woken up by the Beta of the pack. He said James went into labor. S/n was so excited he jumped out of the bed, ready to go to the infirmary. Y/n rubbed his eyes and picked his son up. They went to the medical wars and waited for the doctor to come out and let them in the room. S/n was whining he wanted to see James, but Y/n couldn't let that happen yet. They kept waiting until the pack's doctor came out of the room.

-Congratulations Alpha. – she smiled and let them in the room.

James was sweaty and tired. He held the little girl in his arms. S/n and Y/n grinned and went up to him. S/n climbed up on the bed and stared at his little sister. Y/n sat down on the other side of the bed and kissed James's cheek. The newborn baby was sleeping peacefully, she was tired with the big event in her life. Y/n and his son spent some time with James, then they had to leave and give him the time to rest. Y/n carried S/n to his bed and tucked him in. Then he went to the bedroom he shared with James in normal circumstances.

Three days later James and D/n were allowed to go home. James was back in Y/n's bed, still recovering from the pregnancy and the labor. Y/n was taking care of both of his kids. S/n turned out to be a huge help. He watched over his sister and even brought her to their parents when she was crying. James recovered way faster than after his first pregnancy. They finally and what they wanted, themselves and their two amazing kids. They were ready for whatever may come.
