Luna's pov

Staff nearby announced that the break was over.

Taehyung straightened his back, wiped his eyes and turned his back on me as he said: "I have to go, you can run to Jimin now. Go be with him. That's probably what you want anyway!"

"It's not! I want y-" I hesitated which made him turn around. How could I say that now? He wouldn't believe it, even if I swore it on my life.

He took a deep breath and calmly said something never I thought he would say: "It's over,"

I felt calm, strangely calm as I mumbled "Ok," and he left. Next thing I know I'm rushing towards the toilets because I felt like I was about to throw up. I left the set before the recording ended.

That evening

Kaylee's pov

I sipped my beer as I stared at my phone. The text clearly said I had received over a thousand dollar. "I'm not dreaming am I?" I asked no one in particular. I felt my cheeks pull into a grin.

"I guess hanging around Luna does have its advantages. Where is that b*tch anyway?"

I dialled her number but it went straight to voicemail.

No one had seen her since she talked to Taehyung. I got up and went to his room.

"What do you want?" he asked when he spotted me after opening the door.

"Where's Luna?" I asked as I crossed my arms.

"Ask Jimin," he said as he slammed the door shut.

I mumbled a mix of Dutch, English and Korean curse words as I made a vulgar gesture at his door. Jimin didn't know where she was either, neither did Jungkook, Jin, Namjoon or Yoongi. I couldn't find Hoseok, but the two hadn't talked to each other in a month so I doubted he'd know. None of us could reach her.

"Where are you?!" I yelled at her voicemail as Junho-ssi came in.

"Who's got you so riled up?" he asked. I turned to him and told him what was going on.

He lifted his brows and said: "Luna went to JYP Entertainment to meet the CEO,"

"What? Why?" Jimin asked.

"Probably the concert hall," I guessed. Junho-ssi nodded.

"But then why is her phone off?" Jungkook wondered.

"Maybe it just ran out of battery, can I please get back to my writing now?" Yoongi barked.

"I never told you to stay here," I hissed at his tone.

He picked up his notebook and left the room.

"What's wrong with everyone today?" I groaned as Taehyung walked into the common room with Sekyung-ssi.

"Is something wrong?" she asked with a sweet voice that made me sick.

Jungkook rose to his feet murmuring: "Your existence for starters," and left the room. I couldn't help but laugh out loud as she glared at him. Namjoon didn't even correct him but just gave me a look saying: "I'm off duty," which only had me grinning wider.

Luna did not return to the hotel. The day after there was still no sign of her, but Junho-ssi told BTS that she was now working for JYP for a short period of time. RM had grumbled something about timing with the comeback and the others seemed dissatisfied as well. Only Taehyung looked like he was happy despite her absence, I assumed he heard from her daily and she just enjoyed working there. The boys released their new album, which rose to number one less than an hour after it came out and drove from one studio to another for interviews and performances in the following week. I practically lived in their dorm because of it.
