Kaylee's pov

I sighed as I watched my best friend walk away.

"Is everything ok?" Someone asked.

I turned around, Jimin walked up to me while loosening his tie.

"Yeah..."

"That didn't sound very convincing."

What do you want me to say?

No, my life is a mess, I'm scared to death I will lose both my job and the love of my life and I can't even ask my BFF for help because she's pissed. Though I know she's already sticking her neck out for me, risking her own job. I risk losing her too.

I feel great! Just f*cking great!!!

A couple of days earlier

I was hanging out with the guys, Hoseok was still missing so they were a little on the edge. Namjoon tried to call him one more time.

"Voicemail... again..."

I sighed and scratched the back of my head. "Maybe we should ask Luna to call him? I mean his phone is on right?"

Namjoon nodded but Jungkook jumped up and yelled: "No leave Luna alone! She's finally having some alone time with Taehyung-hyung!"

"Jungkook-ah! You know she's our manager before she's Taehyung's girlfriend right?" Namjoon said.

I frowned, not sure if I should feel insulted about being a colleague before being a friend/girlfriend.

Yoongi squeezed my hand and whispered: "Remember that we will always place our career before our private lives."

I yanked my hand away and hissed: "Good to know."

I couldn't be angry, I knew it was true and I knew I would have to learn to live with that till they retire. Not that I wanted that to happen any time soon...

I got up and took my phone out of my back pocket to call Hoseok, I was in charge of the rappers after all.

"Oh?" I saw I had received a text from Luna, thirty minutes ago.

'Get your a** to the company, Hoseok is waiting for you there. I'll be there soon.'

I cursed, told them I had found Hoseok and ran outside after saying I was going to go alone.

I jumped in the first cab I could get and made them hurry to the company, panic slowly taking over.

Luna's pov

I pinched the bridge of my nose as Taehyung overtook a slow car.

"Don't panic Luna, Hoseok-hyung said he was going to do everything he can," he said.

"I know... I trust Hoseok. I'm just slightly worried about the fact that he called you instead of me and refused to talk to me. You know, that, and the whole camera thing..."

Taehyung sighed, we drove the rest of the way in silence.

I got out of the car one block away from the company, told Taehyung to go home and hurried to where Hoseok was waiting.

"What's the problem?" I asked when I saw him.

He explained to me that Kaylee and Yoongi had been caught on camera.

When I asked him how he knew he said he had come to the company to take his mind off things and he had overheard the guards talking about it. He had managed to get them to keep it a secret but the recording was still there.
