I had been attending Riverdale high for about two weeks when a girl named Madison approached me. She had heard that I used to play basketball at my old school, and wanted me to play for the school. I agreed cause I thought if I threw myself into something, I might be able to forget that I was mad at my mom again. Although my dad had left the house about a month ago, I still hadn't gone back home yet. Even though I know I promised I would, I actually enjoyed staying with Sweet Pea. When my mom found out that I wasn't staying with Toni and Cheryl like I originally told her, let's just say she was pissed. It was not a pretty sight.

Luckily for me, practice started pretty much right as I got there. To my surprise I actually had a fun time, most of the girls were not that bad. In fact, Madison I felt like I might actually like her a lot. I texted Sweet Pea, seeing as he was my ride home. The only problem was that he couldn't even drop me off at my house, he had to drop me off a block before cause of my mom found out I was still seeing him, she would kill me. —————
