[Patton's POV]

I was humming while baking some cookies. I earned a few. I was just about to take the cookies out, when I suddenly burst into a coughing fit.

Virgil noticed me so he quickly rushed to my side. He rubbed circles into my back.

Suddenly I was coughing up blood. Virgil started panicking. Thomas was also Panicking, which made the other two confused. (Roman, Logan)

A flower petal fell from his mouth. He slowly stopped coughing. "I'll look this up, you clean up this mess and drink some water." Virgil said.

I nodded, grabbing some towels and cleaning off the blood. I noticed the single flower petal, and picked it up. It was navy blue.

It sorta looked like.. Logan's shirt. I slowly took out the cookies.

I went to go check up on the video. "-dad!" Was all I heard.

"You called?" I asked.

Roman sighed. "No- I was just making fun of Logan."

"Oh. Okay, kiddo!" I slowly started to sink down.

"Love you, Patton."

"Love you, Thomas."

I sighed. "Patton!" Virgil called. I slowly sunk down into his room.

"I found out, it's called the 'Hanahaki Disease.' It says you cough up flower petals when the person you love doesn't love you back. And if they do love you back, it will cure. But if they don't ever love you, you could... d-die..." Virgil looked at me sadly.

"Who do you like?" He asked.

I took out the flower petal. I showed him.

"Navy blue...! Logan?!" Virgil yelled, shocked. I waved my hands around, telling him to shush.

"Yes?" A voice said from behind us. I turned around.

Oh, no... we called Logan!

"N-Nothing!" I said.

"What's that?" He pointed to the petal, then to Virgil's computer screen.

"NOTHING!" We both yelled, panicking. Logan shrugged then sunk out. We both sighed of relief.

"So.. if he doesn't like me back... I'll die?" Virgil nodded sadly.

"You'll die?" The voice said again. We froze. "What is going on?" It asked.

"Nothing, Logic." I said, not bothering to say his real name.

" 'Hanahaki Disease. A disease that seams made up, but is actually real and very deadly. You can get this disease when someone you love dies, or they don't like you back. Side affects include; coughing fits, coughing blood, coughing petals, and... death. Your petals are the person's favorite color. But this might not happen if they start to love you back. But 99.9% of the time they don't.' " Logan read.

My eyes widened.

"...which one of you has this?"

I slowly started another coughing fit. Virgil quickly sat up and rushed to my side. "Logan I think it would be best if you leave." Virgil snapped at him.
