"He's still not here." Elizabeth grumbled. Even Bobby looked worried now. "I've looked all over..." he said. "It's like he just disappeared."
"Bobby!" Alex's dad called out as he ran towards them. "We have a problem."

"What's going on?" He asked and Mr. Winters handed a file to him.
"I went back to the house to see if he didn't want to come because of... me and I saw this in his room."

"Oh no..." Bobby whispered. "This is bad."
"What's that?" She asked and Bobby gave them to her.
"Credit card statements, bank records, flight plans and records... But isn't this for..." "Yes." Bobby replied.

"They are all for Dr Jason Dake."

"Hold on..." Elizabeth called before they ran out of the park.
"This says that he has been selling prescription drugs and some which are supposed to be free for profit. There are more files here that implicate him in different drug and gang-related crimes. That means Alex was right! We can take this to the police!"
"The only problem is, this is just one of the files. The rest are gone. You can see that they were recently taken. So either Alex took them or he has Alex and the files!"

"Okay," Mr. Winters said. "Bobby, take those files to the cops, they might be a little but they have a lot of dirt. Elizabeth and I will look around for Alex."
Bobby nodded and took off to the exit of the park.

"Elizabeth, I need you to track him. I know you can."

She whirled in surprise to face Mr. Winters who stared at her with a hard look on his face.

"I-I don't know..."

"Don't play games with me," he growled menacingly. "I know who you are, what you are. Do not mistake me for a fool. I know "The Tethering" when I see it. How long?"

For the first time in a long time, she was scared. She couldn't put her finger on it but she knew that if she tried anything stupid, she was dead. The man standing before her was not the normal father of the boy she knew.

He was "something" else.

"Th... the first time. Since the first time I saw him."

"That's long enough. Follow the line and find my son. Because if something happens to him, before you fall into eternal oblivion, I will personally make you beg for the end for the countless deaths you've orchestrated, my sons' the highest on the ladder..." she froze as she saw the ice in his eyes as he mentioned her name.

"Isabella Medichi."
