Harry kind of regretted making Luna the wedding planner. She had put huge sunflowers everywhere, and she had insisted on the wedding being outside.
So, when Harry saw there were several empty seats surrounded by a rope in the front, he lost it. He pulled Luna aside and demanded to know why. She lead him over, and showed him what she had done. All nine seats had name cards on them.
