"Ask me something." I say playing with Paul's hair
He was laying his head on my lap while I sat in a pretzel position
"Like what?" he asks
"Anything." I murmur
"Do you think we still would've been together if it wasn't for the imprint?" he asks
"I would hope so." I smile leaning down to kiss him
"I would too." He sits up and grabs my hands
"I love you." I whisper
"I love you too. I love you every second that I see you. I love you for every time I'm able to breathe, Olivia I love you." He kisses my forehead
I close my eyes and let his soft lips caress my forehead lovingly.
I don't know how, but we ended up laying down wrapped up together until we fell asleep.
I wake up to Paul lightly snoring beside me with his arms tucked in underneath him. I take my phone from my back pocket and check the time.
It was barely 1pm. I lay back down and up falling asleep again from boredom.
It was 4:30 when I woke up again. Paul was still sleeping, he must've been really tired. I study his facial features as he peacefully sleeps.
His worries all washed away and his face completely relaxed. He's slightly smiling in his sleep with his arms tucked in underneath him.
I scroll through my phone finding nothing to do. And just go through my photo gallery until Paul wakes up at around 5.
"Why didn't you just wake me up?" he asks after I tell him how I woke up then went back to sleep then woke up again
"Because you looked so peaceful. I didn't want to wake you." I smile at him
"You don't have to worry about that." He rubs his eyes
"You look so tired." I frown
"Sam has us working some extra shifts because four of the other boys got hurt. Some vampires bit them on patrol." Paul sighs
"Then what happened to the vampires?" I ask
"Sam and Embry took care of them." He explains
"Good, wasn't Edward on patrol with them though?" I ask
"Yeah but this was when they were switching off. He was already home when they got attacked." Paul says
"Oh okay," I reposition myself to be more comfterable, "They're okay though right?"
"Yeah, you're dad went over to stay two or three days to make sure they'll be fine." Paul says
That explains why I haven't seen him lately. He's came home only to pick up some medical supplies and then left again.
I hum in response and stretch my legs out in front of me.
"I love you." I bite my lip
"Don't do that." Paul looks at me with a straight face
"Do what?" I ask
"Bite your lip. I like it a little too much." He whispers
We stay silent just stating at eachother for a few seconds before he speaks again, "I love you too."
I smile at him and he pulls me in for a hug
"Do you know how long I've been waiting for you? I finally found you, my princess." He murmurs into my neck
"Yes you did." I smile
He pulls away and grabs both of my hands in his, "Olivia, let's go to my house. Let's go where I know for sure Edward or Emmett aren't watching. I'm almost positive they're watching from somewhere. I could smell them."
"Okay. Should we just leave everything here?" I ask putting on my shoes
"Yeah come on." Paul starts to walk with me towards the treaty line
"So, what are we gonna do?" I ask
"Probably just laze around watching movies or something." He smiles
We walk the rest of the way and Paul opens the door for me and we walk in.
"Are you hungry?" he asks
"Sure. What'd you got?" I say
"Nothing, I'll order a pizza or something." Paul goes over to the phone and dials a number as I kick off my shoes by the couch and go to the kitchen to get a glass of water
"Pepperoni or sausage?" Paul asks
"Either one." I say turning on the tap
I fill the glass and turn off the water. I add the glass to the few dishes in the sink and make my way over to the living room to run on the tv.
"What type of movie?" I ask as Paul puts down the phone
"Horror." He smiles coming over to sit on the couch
"Hmm okay, which one?" I ask
"Well let's do Orphan first. I haven't watched that in forever." Paul says grabbing a blanket from the closet with stuff for me
"Okay, grab me some sweats while you're there." I say putting the movie into the PS4
"Here." Paul throws me a pair of gray sweatpants and a black spaghetti strap
I stand up and go to the bathroom stripping down to my undergarments
I change and use the bathroom before washing my hands and washing off all my makeup.
I exit the bathroom and go over to Paul who added some pillows to the little makeshift bed he made out of the couch.
"I'm about to start the movie c'mon." He says patting the spot next to him
