Chap 15

Alexis' POV (Wedding Day)

I'm pacing back and forth with Tatiyana sitting there and watching me. "Can I get through this day?" I asked.

"Girl, you're creaying draft," said Tatiyana. I looked at her. "You're dress is perfect and beautiful."

"Thanks girl," I said hugging her. "You're too close to call my best friend now." I smiled and looked at her. "We're sisters." There was a knock on the door and Tatiyana opened it. Drew, Justin, and Isabella walked in. "It's time already."

"It's five on the dot," said Drew. Tatiayana grabbed his arm. "We'll take Isabella and get started."

"Okay," I said. They left. I looked in the mirror and Justin was still standing at the door. I put on my veil and my tiara. "Please tell me I won't fall on my face." I walked to Justin holding my bouquet. "Please?"

"You're not going to fall on your face," said Justin as I grabbed his arm and walked to the door. "I won't let that happen at all."

"Okay, thanks," I said. The doors opened as the music started playing. I smiled. Justin and I started dancing our way down the aisle just like we practiced. I got my bouquet to Tatiyana and I joined hands with Blake just as the music ended. I smiled. "That was quite a work out."

We started to exchange our vows. "Alexis Sengdeuan Inthavong, please I am so honored to have you here in my life. You've not only been an amazing best friend but you've been my soul mate from the beginning," said Blake. "You're the perfect person anyone would be glad to have in their life. I'm so glad to have you in my life. I don't know where I'd be without you. I love you, Alexis, and I believe in you, forever."

"Christopher Blake English, I love you for you. You've shown me I could just be me and I don't have to change for anybody else. All my friends are jealous because I have such a loving and wonderful person like you in my life," I said. "You have been the first and will be the only one ever to touch my heart. Ever since the day I met you, my heart stopped beating for me. It beats for you, saying I love you with every beat."

"May we have the rings?" asked the minister.

I got my ring from Tatiyana. "Thank you for being by my side all these years," I said.

"Never leaving," said Tatiyana.

Blake and I slid the ring on each others fingers. "With the power vested in me, I now pronounce you husband and wife," said the minister. "You may now kiss the beautiful bride." Blake and I kissed. "I present to you Mr. and Mrs. Christopher Blake English."

We danced out the door and the door closed. "We should get back in there and get the reception done," said Blake.

"Right after I post this picture," I said as I showed Blake a picture of us kissing a while ago. "Tatiyana took the picture."

"Okay," said Blake.

"Now we can go back in there," I said.

"Join me as we welcome the newly weds," said Tatiyana over the speakers. We walked in. "The first slow dance of the night."

Blake and I started slow dancing. "You've made this a memorable night," I said.

"Because I love you dearly," said Blake.

We danced for a few minutes. "If we could ask Alexis' escort to join her on the dance floor," said Tatiyana.

I saw Justin. "Hey Justin," I said motioning him to come to me. "Let's boogy." We started slow dancing. "Is this a little weird for you?"

"Yeah, just a little bit," said Justin. "Little Alexis isn't little anymore. She's a married woman."

"Doesn't mean I won't stop taking care of Isabella," I said.

"I know," said Justin.

"Can I cut in?" asked Blake. "I'd like to have my wife for the cake cutting."

"Right," I said. After we cut the cake I danced with Blake for the whole dance. It's like all my worries fade when I'm with him. "I love you."

Blake's POV

"I love you too," I said. "Come on. Time to get to our car."

"Right," said Alexis. We walked out and people threw rice at us. We smiled as we got into Blake's camero. "Time for home?"

"I'm taking you to your wedding gift," I said. I drove us to a house. We walked inside. "Do you like it?"

"Why am I in an unfamiliar home?" asked Alexis.

"This is our home," I said smiling. "I bought this place and had it organized." I looked at her. "When I saw it I imagined our life here together."

"Blake, I love it," said Alexis as she picked up a picture frame. She smiled. "I remember the ballons falling from the ceiling. You felt like you were going to die."

"I'm never going to feel like that," I said. "Because I have you there to protect me."

"Isn't it supposed to be the other way around?" asked Alexis.

"Everything but ballons," I smiled.

"I love you," said Alexis as we kissed again.

"Now we have our forever and always," I said. "Oh, and I have something in the yearbook I want to show you." I grabbed the yearbook from the shelf and a note fell out. I grabbed it and read it. "To Jayk Love Alexis?"

"Blake, it was a school girl crush," said Alexis. "He's a once upon a time in a land far, far away." I looked at her. "You have to believe me."

"I do," I said as I tossed the note in the trash. "Because we're together." We kissed again. I showed her the picture in the yearbook. "Most likely to end up together."

"Hey," said Alexis. "That's us and Tatiyana and Drew."

"Looks like high school got something right," I said. "Now I'll never have to worry about anything getting in between us. Our bond is strong. Like no other."

"My wedding gift to you," said Alexis. "Tomorrow, we're meeting up with Smallville to hang with them again and with Tati and Drew."

"You serious?" I asked. "You're just amazing all over."

"I know," said Alexis. "We should get some sleep."

We walked up to our room. "Good night world," I said as we plopped in bed.
