Mi Amor

ZAYNS POV

I wake up to the sound of thunder and bright strikes of lightning.

I look down to the bottom of the bed and see Dominique cuddling Cheys legs? I wonder why she's in here. Probably the storm it must've been going on for the whole night.

I look at the clock to see the time, 3:45. Oh great. I get up to put Dominique in her bed but as I get closer to her, her eyes are open.

"Dominique?" She flinches as she heard me.

"Yeah.." I laugh lightly.

"What are you doing?" She looks scared and uncomfortable.

"I .. I'm scared of the sky." I smile and reach my arms out and she hugs me then wraps her arms around me.

"Want me to sleep in you're bed with you? Or do you want us to sleep in here?" She looks down.

"Can you read me a story in my room?" She half smiles.

"Sure let's go." I transition her to being on my back and a piggy back ride.

We get into her room and I tuck her in.

"What book princess?" She points to The princess and the frog.

"Princess and the frog it is then." She smiles and I climb into you're bed next to her.

"After the book want to sleep in Me and Cheys room?" She nods yes. Hopefully I don't fall asleep in here, the ac makes it freezing.

By the time I'm half way through the book she's asleep and I'm feeling pretty tired too. But the look on Dominique's face from the lightning storm made me feel bad and I don't want her to wake up again alone, knowing I said id stay and make sure the lightning stays away.

I put my head back onto the pillow and the book in my lap and fall asleep hoping Chey would understand.

CHEYS POV

I wake up in bed by myself. It's about 6 am, and zayn has work today yet he doesn't leave until 7:30.. where is he?

I struggle to get my pregnant ass up and slip on my ugg slippers.

I look out the window and Zayns car is .. still here? I walk to the bathroom looking for him, what if he got bad again? Is his depression back? I waddle down the stairs as fast as I can. I look around the first floor of the house. Worried and just about sick I fastly walk back up the stairs. I run to the guest room. Oh the basement? It is his man cave. I run back down the stairs. Open the door and run down the stairs. No one except Vinny. I pick him up and head back up stairs. I head to Dominique's room to bring her Vinny, when I open the door Zayn and Dominique are asleep in her bed. Zayn has "The princess and the frog" book over his chest.

I smile lightly before tiptoeing out of the room until a body pushes up to my back side and hands around my waist and a chin on my shoulder. Zayn. I put down Vinny and turn to face Zayn.

"Goodmorning baby mama, worried alittle?" I nod very fastly. He kisses my lips, and I kiss back.

"Ew grosssss" we both turn to Nique laughing really hard.

"Shhh Nique" Zayn says to her.

Nique climbs onto Zayns back.

"I want breakfast" she says to me. Zayn piggy backs her and I walk down to the kitchen. I have Zayn help me up on the counter.

Suddenly cramps strike through my stomach.

"Uuuugh" I croak and before i know it Zayn is by my side.

"you all good?" I nodd, "just need a nap."

I get off the counter and walj back up the stairs to our bedroom and crash.
