Chapter 29 - Cold Nights and Good Friends

Presley POV

Weeks have past since I've started college. Its amazing, I'm learning so much about fashion, more than I thought I knew anyway. I've been taking my classes seriously too. Mandy is such an awesome girl, I love having her as a roommate, she's always there when I need to talk and she's really helped me get over you know who. I've recently been talking to Kela and Skyler, we're back to normal again. I figured that I can't stay mad at them forever, they're my girls. I've just finished a long day of college and my Christmas exams. I'm so happy they're over, I might go home for the Holidays but I'm not sure, maybe spending time with my college mates will be good.

"Hey Mandy, Pres, final of the X Factor tonight, me and a few girls were gonna watch it together, a few drinks, we're all rooting for Emblem 3 duh" Melissa one of my college friend asked us. Mandy knew that I didn't watch the show because of Emblem3 but I still support the band just not the lead singer. "Sure, I'm down, you wanna go Mandy" I asked and she nodded. "Great well meet at Seven, my dorm, 207" Melissa said walking away.

Suddenly my phone started to ring and Mandy left me alone to answer it. I smiled when I saw the caller ID.

"Hello stranger" I spoke.

"Good evening Presley Scott, how are you this...cold winters night" Ethan responed causing me to giggle.

"Well I was wondering if you would like to get some hot chocolate with me, maybe build snowman, you know the usual" He said.

"Well, I actually have plans with some of the girls, we're watching the final of the X Factor" I admitted.

"X Factor, oh Presley you're not one of those girls are you?" His charming voice questioned.

"I'm not usually the type but some of my close friends are a contestant so I'd like to see how they do in the final" I replied.

"Well my roommate as left me for the weekend and I'm all lonely, how about you come over and keep me company, we can watch the X Factor" Ethan asked. Presley looked around to see Mandy gossiping with some friends so she went for it.

"Just let me get changed and I'll meet you at your dorm in forty minutes" I said hanging up.

Now time to get ready. Mandy followed me to our dorm and I told her I had a change of plans. "Ethan asked me out so I said I'd go" I told her and she was okay with it. I changed out of my blazer and jeans into a pair of black leggings, some comfy boots and a warm sweater. "Okay I'll um see you when I get back" I told her and left to get a taxi to Ethan's place. Ethan and I have been getting close, he's taken me out on a few dates before, we haven't kissed yet, well not a real kiss. The taxi pulled up outside Ethan's college and I made my way up to his dorm. I knocked on the door to find him shirtless. I have to say he was looking pretty good.
