Sleeping until well after 1 in the afternoon I wake up to the sound of yelling . What the hell is wrong now I thought . Flipping the covers off me I stand up and fall back down on to the bed the world spinning
I sat there for a few minutes letting the dizziness settle . I try again it happens again .
Damn it I say out loud
" Melissa, Sang " I yell
Footsteps come up the stairs and down the hallway
Knock Knock
" Come in " I say
" Casey you okay "
" Dr Green "
" Now I think we are passed the formalities " he says with a soft smile
" Fine , Sean , can you help me stand "
" Are you getting dizzy again " he ask with a concerned voice
" Yes I missed yesterday's second dose "
" You know when you get back home I'm ordering you a full blood work up and physical I don't like the dizziness happening so much " he says as he offers his hands to grab
I reach for them and he pulls me up . I hold on to his hands tightly
" Okay Casey lets go down and get you some food and your pill " he says he changes up the way we are walking he loops his arm in mine .
We make it down to Kitchen and puts me in a chair . Melissa puts a plate of food in front of me all I can do is pick at it I was hungry but not hungry if that makes sense.
"Eat" both of them said at the same time
I did slowly .

I finished my meal, I got up and placed my plate in the sink . Turning around slowly I faced the six of them all staring at me .
" What" I asked
" How are you feeling " Melissa asked
" Do you really want me to honestly answer that " I questioned
" Yes actually I do , I know you upset about everything and boy I would be too if Matt or Mitch did this but I do understand why " She said
" Fine I will answer you , I feel like a fucking bus has hit me ran over me and backed up and did it again , I'm dizzy as fuck , Liam and Harry are both in the hospital because of me , I don't even know how they are doing at all, My own family sent me away without even asking or even considering my feelings hell they drugged me to get me away , and everyone seems to think I shouldn't be mad but until you are in my position don't tell me how to feel " I say. I closed my eyes to keep the tears back and to keep the world from spinning I tighten my grip on the counter top too

" Casey are you dizzy right now " Sean asked
" Yeah I am , I just need to go lay down so if you all don't mind I'll just go " I said as I walk away .

I didn't get very far before I felt my world crashing around me the darkness is coming in fast and I couldn't stop it I stumbled into the steps I tried to catch myself and landed on my knees and bumping my head on the stairs

" Casey "
" What " I answer as I'm laying sprawled out on the floor
" You Okay"
" Yeah just help me up "
Silas scooped me up off the floor and carried me to the couch .

" Can one of you go up and get my little purple bag that has my testing supplies in it " I asked
" Sure I'll go get it " Sang said
" Here Casey this should help with the headache your gonna have and the ice pack will help with the swelling on your forehead " Melissa said as she handed the items .

I laid on the couch until Sang arrived with my testing supplies then I slowly sat up . Taking the meter , testing strip and lancets out .

" what is all that " Nathan asked
" Well its for testing my blood sugar , Watch and see " I say

I load the strip in the meter , take the lancet stick my finger drawing blood then place the strip next to it , the blood draws up in it within in a few seconds the level comes up in screen
50 , well hell its low .

" Okay the level on the screen shows 50 is that Low " Nathan asked
" Yep So now you all get to see me give myself an insulin injection "
I get the insulin out and raise my shirt sticking myself in my belly .
" Doesn't that hurt" Silas asked
" Nope I'm use to it " I said
" So what do we do now " Sang asked
" Me nothing for 10 minutes I need to let it work through my system before I get up again , oh and please don't tell The Guys about this I don't need them worrying" I say

" Casey " Sean said
" What they all know I have sugar issues but they don't need to know I fell because of it " I say
" Fine Only Because I'm here that I won't say anything but if it happens again Melissa, Sang , North, Silas Nathan you all are to tell me no question "Sean said firmly
" Great " I responded

I sat on the couch for longer than the ten minutes only because I got distracted watching the TV. I went to get up

" Where you going" Silas asked
" I was going to try and go upstairs I wanted to work on my drawings I know Gabriel packed my stuff for me " I say
" Stay put I'll get them " he says
" They are in a purple backpack " I tell him
He left and came back with my backpack and i took my things out laid them on the table then moved it closer to me so I didn't have to reach so far .

I took a pencil and paper flipped the TV to a music channel and let my mind wander
I started with a simple sketch of a butterfly coloring it in. I got lost in my drawing.

" Wow that's Beautiful " Melissa said I jumped a little . I forgot that There were people around I'm so use to drawing alone .
" Thank you " I say
" You have quite the talent do you draw a lot " she asked
" Yes it helps keep me sane and relieves stress " I tell her
" Do you have other drawings "
" Yeah I did one of all the Blackbourne Team for Sang a while back she has it hung up in the house " I say
" It's Beautiful " Sang says as she walks in
" I love when she draws I tell her she should open a gallery to showcase her work but she won't " Sang tells Melissa
" Why not Casey " Melissa questioned
" I don't have the time too and I am full time teacher so I can't besides I would rather draw for family and friends and give it to them than sell it " I tell them
" Sean can you find out how Liam and Harry are doing or do you already know " I asked
They did that damn Silent communication again
" Argh stop that shit tell me and don't sugar coat it either "  I tell them
" Okay I won't , Harry is going good he should be sent home in a day or two as for Liam , there have been some complications he has developed Pneumonia in both lungs and they put the breathing tube back in and sedated him again to let the antibiotics run its course with out having his body work so hard " Sean explained
