"The truth is I felt nothing lately. Felt no joy when I got huge bonus. My company reaped a huge fortune three months ago. Felt no sadness when my beloved pet died last month. Empty inside," says her.

John types on his laptop. Probably suffering from depression. He looks downward. Mismatched socks. He asks, "Are you using drugs?" "Excuse me?" "Cracks, weeds, and etc?" "No. And don't try to sell me one."

John chuckles. His patient is around forty years woman. Average height. Obesity.

John asks, "Why do you think I would sell you drugs?" "I went to pharmacist and he tried to sell me some illegal drugs to reduce weight." "You should report him." "I did. Now he's been threatening me with midnight calls. Ugh! As if my life hadn't been in mess."

John asks, "Why don't you tell me from the beginning? When did you start to feel like this?"

She sighs and replies, "More than a year ago. I weren't like this two years ago. Used to have perfect body shape. But I got pregnant and my weight scale just kept rising. Then I caught my husband cheating on me. Lost the baby in my shock..." "Oh, dear..."

He is very good listener. Unlike other psychiatrists she has seen previously.

John asks, "What happened next?" "He divorced me and married her new, younger girlfriend. Calling me fat fuck when I first discovered his secret affairs."

John claps his hands as if applauding her. She asks irritatedly, "Are you mocking me, Doc?" "I'm congratulating you for getting a big fat hypocrite out of your life. You deserve a better man than him." "That's what I have been saying to myself. Unfortunately I still felt blue."

John says, "What you need is a good exercise and ..." "Tried that. My weight kept yo-yo and I just quit."

John shows him a picture in his phone. He explains, "My brother, Chris Jameson."
