(Jensen Ackles as himself)

John says, "No need for introduction, Dean. I already know who you are. My wife and I love supernatural series. We are looking forward for Season 14."

The actor looks a bit irritated. He says, "People seem to know me better as Dean Winchester. My real name is Jensen Ackles, Doc."

Doctor John Jameson reads the patient file.

Name: Jensen Ackles
Age: 40 years old.
Occupation: Actor.

John apologizes, "Sorry. I seem to mix you up with your character in the movie. So what could I do for you, Dean? Err...I mean Mr. Ackles."

Jensen sighs. He says, "I think I'm being haunted, Doc." John asks, "Maybe it's because of your occupation hazards. You fought demons in the show." "Side effects, Doc. Not real demons. Just actors and great side effects. Even I'm not that dumb."

John sighs. He asks, "Would you explain when it first started?" "Last month after the last shooting. It's late at night. And I were going home. Driving alone. When I felt I were being watched."

"Getting paranoid? It could happen easily when you were lack of sleep. Or using drugs. Are you a junkie, Dean, Mr. Ackles?" "God, no! Sometimes I drunk a little too much. When I got no shooting planned tomorrow. But that's the only thing I did. Not drugs." "I see."

John writes some prescription in a slip of paper. He gives it to Jensen and he reads it, "8 hours sleep in weekdays. And a short time vacation every weekends. It's the best medicine for paranoia."

Jensen asks, "That's it? You won't give me any drugs?" "Nope. Sleep is the best medicines for your mind. Unless you're a junky. Asking for prescribed drugs to be legal."

"Of course not! Gosh! I paid you a lot. And you give me this advice? Even my kid could give the same advise! And I have three of them!"

The actor Jensen Ackles leaves his office in his rage. John Jameson tries to chase him. At least he wants his autograph for his wife.

A dark shadow is following the actor. On a closer look, he looks like someone from another era. A victorian gentleman.

The mysterious figure vanishes without opening the door. As if he just walked through the closed door. John scratches his head. Maybe he's tired too. His mind is playing tricks at him.

As a psychiatrist, sometimes he questions his sanity a lot. Like no one is completely normal (in John's opinion). Everyone has a little dark crooked side within.

John walks back to his office. Only to find that strange man in sitting on his chair as a doctor. He asks irritatedly, "Are you a patient?"

"Can't you tell me who or what I am, Doc?" asks that man. His dark pupils are bit too narrow. Like a snake's pupils. And he got no legs. As if he's floating. He is well dressed in black suit made from silk. Victorian style.
