After riding for a few hours they arrived in a clearing and set up camp. To set the fire Merlin told Morgana the spell and asked her to preform it, and as I'm sure you knew she would, she got a hang of it very quickly.

They went to bed without much trouble after all it always takes place when your guard is down, and when is it more down when you are trapped within the deep, calming, and comforting embrace of a good nights sleep.

Morgana was standing on top of a cliff standing by as Camelot was being destroyed be Saxons, her army she realized. Deep within herself she realized she was enchanted to use her magic the wrong way and to hate all Pendragons including herself.

Wait, what?

Then she realized that Uther was her father she all of the sudden knew of all the adventures that would lead to that point and it terrified her.

"Emrys!" Morgana Le Fay yelled unknowingly waking her pure-hearted, non-cursed counterpart"

Merlin bolted straight out of his peaceful slumber when he heard a blood-boiling scream of terror coming from Morgana's side of the camp. He went to comfort her and asked her to explain her nightmare as she did. Then she asked if he knew what it meant, and we should count ourselves grateful for it aided this story greatly.

"Well in the prophecies set out many years ago you are spoken of as Morgana Le Fay, the greatest enemy the Once and Future King and Emrys, Arthur and I, will ever face. Destined to be viewed as complete darkness in years to come. To become the Final High Priestess of the old religion, striking fear in the hearts of all who see her." Merlin explained reluctantly.

"Merlin I have a question do you know anything that could stop this from happening?"

"I don't but I know someone does."

And so they raced back to Camelot just barely able to grab the note before Gwen saw it. And later that night Merlin took Morgana to the dragon.

Kilgarah, though the name was not yet known, was quite angry at Merlin for doing what he did as I'm sure you saw coming. After quite a bit of yelling telling Morgana that no matter what she would become evil.

Eventually after Merlin had asked about a dozen times Kilgarah said there might be a way to prevent her from turning to Dark Magic.

"It would require binding her to you, and it would only work while you remain alive young warlock."

In response to that Merlin nothing short of begged for it and so he got it.

Kilgarah breathed on him allowing him to feel the power of what he was about to do.

"Morgana this is how this is going to go. I have to hold your shoulders and say a certain spell and what you have to do is be willing to give your life. I know, I know that sounds bad but basically what I mean is that you have to be able to say that you will be loyal to Arthur and Uther and if you are not you shall die."

"If it is something the prevents that awful future than I will do it without hesitation." So they preformed the, for lack of a better word, ritual and Morgana's life for there on out was tied to Merlin's.
