Chapter 6

I move around Luke's home. I don't know where I'm going but after that scene in my room, I just needed to put a lot of space between both men that are clouding my mind with confusion.

I head down a long hallway to a part of the castle that seems hasn't been used in a long time. There's a big wooden door at the end of the hallway bolted with a lock on it..

My curiosity gets the best of me and I head towards the large door. I gingerly touch the lock and notice that it's unlock.

I remove the lock and use full force to push the heavy door open. It finally groans open and I step inside pushing it once more closed behind me.

I'm in a large dirty white room. The paint darkened with age. A beautiful white four poster bed is in the center bed neatly made. It hasn't been slept on for a while you can tell because the covers and pillows have a think layer of dust.

I move along the room skimming my finger across the beautiful white painted furniture. A large wardrobe catches my attention. I fling the doors open and inside are millions of beautiful dresses in all sorts of colors.

I gasp and slowly skim my hand across a beautiful blue gown. It was a little old fashion for me but I loved it anyways.

I slowly pulled it from the wardrobe and headed toward a mirror that was in the corner. I hold the gown in front of my body and watch my transformation.

The sapphire blue caused my eyes to pop even more which was currently stormy grey since I was still a little angery about the confirmation in my room but hinted with blue and purple specks.

I lay the dress on a chair next to the mirror and slowly start to take off my clothes left in my underwear since my bra still laid on the floor of my bedroom.

I slip the dress on and tie up the strings with small difficulty into a delicate bow in the base of my back.

I glance back at myself and gasp. The dress seemed like it was made for me. I make a slow turn in the mirror and giggle.

I turn around and head toward the small the jewlery box on a table. I open it to be met with beautiful necklaces and bracelets that would supply me with enough money to pay off college and help me live comfortably for ten lifetimes. But my attention doesn't stay on them for long.

My eyes catch to a beautiful silver hair comb with small sapphire stones making beautiful design of roses.

I grab and turn back to the mirror. I sweep up my hair in a twisted bun and use the comb to hold it all together.

I study myself in the mirror and smile. I wouldn't have minded living in the era in which these dresses were used. They were so beautiful and made me feel like a princess.

The groan of the door catches my attention from my day dream as i watch the door slowly open through the mirror.

My breath catches when Luke steps from behind the door into the room.

He seems distracted because he doesn't notice me at first. His face clouded with deep heart felt sorrow.

His eyes move up from the floor towards me. Shock registers on his face. I'm frozen to the spot afraid of what is yet to come.

Luke steps farther into the room, the only noise in the room is the sound of his riding boots hitting the wooden floor.

He stops in front of me and my eyes rise to meet his beautiful blue ones.

I'm still frozen to the spot as his eyes give me an intence stare. I can't read the emotion in his eyes.

From the corner of my eye i see his hand rise up towards my face. I flinch a bit and his hand hesitates as he sees my reaction. But eventually his large warm hand rests on my check. Little shocks of electricity dance benath his palm. I gasp and I hear a sigh escape his lips.
