Luke's POV:
"I hate mornings," Calum groans, sliding his jacket off and sitting it on Jordan's lap, laying down across the seats, his lanky figure taking up the entire row. I watch with a small smile as J bends forward as far as she can, her head resting on Calum's back, using him as a pillow.
"You aren't comfy Cal," she murmurs against the navy material of his long sleeve shirt.
"How does one become more comfy?" Cal groans against the wad of fabric.
"Get more squishy," she rests her cheek on his upper back, leaning against his head in a desperate attempt to find a good napping position seeing as our flight is delayed a few minutes.
I reach over, running my fingers over Jordan's back soothingly as she looks around the airport with sleepy eyes. Her lips pull into a small relaxed smile as she starts to doze off.
"Luke, your fond is showing," Michael teases, giving an eyeroll and biting into a donut.
"My fond? You've been on the internet too long," I groan, letting my head fall back against the chair, my hand still drawing lazy shapes until Ash peaks around Michael.
"Luke, hand off. Cameras," he mumbles. I immediately retract my hand, leaving a pout on Jordan's face.
"Sorry J, don't want rumors to start already," I explain, to which she nods in understanding, sitting up and stretching, a tiny sliver of her tummy showing under the sweatshirt she's wearing as she yawns.
The paparazzi get a few pictures in before airport security begins to usher them back. We're all attempting to lay pretty low and not attract any attention, everyone in dark colors, backs turned towards the windows, watching the stream of planes landing and taking off along the runway in the darkness of the morning.
Now boarding Tokyo Airlines Flight 386 to Hong Kong International.
"That's our cue," Ashton stands giddily. I will never understand how he's so peppy and pleasant in the mornings. Jo helps ease Calum off her before she stands up, draining the rest of her coffee and throwing it in the trashcan before getting her boarding pass out of her bag smoothly, smiling at the worker and heading onto the plane.
"You would've thought you've done this a thousand times already," I murmur, coming up beside her and slinging an arm over her shoulder casually.
"Yeah you won't be thinking that when we take off," she mumbles, sleepiness making her voice a bit lower than usual, and surprisingly more sexy.
"Oh trust me I know you're a scared flyer. You'll get over it quickly," I reassure her, removing my arm as we file in the narrow plane door, heading for the first class cabin.
The plush seats are secluded in pairs, with reclining seats that have footrests the pop up when you lean back and individual TVs in front of each seat.
"Holy shit," Jo mumbles, looking around with the most alert eyes shes had all morning.
"Rockstar perks," I beam at her, sliding into the window seat and patting the one beside me, watching her plop down in it.
"Rockstar? There's rockstars on this plane, oh my god where!?" She cranes her neck around the cabin jokingly.
"Oh fuck you Morrison," I tease, settling down in my seat and going to turn my phone on airplane mode, which it's seemed to be on for the majority of the last 3 years considering all our travel.
"Right back at yah hemmo," she teases, looking at my phone and doing the same to hers. We sit and talk quietly about random things, adjusting our seatbelts and waiting for the rest of the passengers to file in.
