Chapter 11

POV Leo

I opened my eyes to discovered that I'm laying on my bed. I was sure that everything was just a dream until I heard laughter outside my room. A familiar laugh rang into my ears and I could not believe it. I went to the door and opened it. I walked to the living room slowly. For me this was a moment of tension.

I saw... Hakyeon. It was really him! I can't believe this. He was sitting on the couch with a really clingy Hyuk who was almost one with his arm. Ravi was sitting on his left side. Hongbin and Ken were sitting on the floor right in front of the sofa like there wasn't another sofa at all. They were all just... too close.

"Oh my God! I can't believe we used to hit Leo that much. That's so mean!"

"We didn't hit him that hard that time!" Ravi said laughing.

Suddenly, Ken looked behind and saw me staring at them.

"Hyung! You're awake..." He said.

"Leo hyung! Come sit with us!" Hyuk said.

I could not talk or walk. My voice was not coming out and my legs didn't respond. I was just... shocked.

"Hyung, what's wrong?" Hongbin asked.

"Am I the only one who's seeing this?!" I finally said. "How...?"

"Oh, you are the one I seek!" Hakyeon said. "Shall we start?"

"Start... what?"

"Our therapy to your happiness." He answered smiling.

"My... what?" I asked.

"I think you need to sit down, hyung. We'll explain to you what is going on."

I heard them... everything they know about why I'm seeing Hakyeon here and what is his purpose. He was here... for me. It was my fault that he ran out of the apartment crying and now... he's here for me. Hakyeon is here to "cure me".

"I must be dreaming..." I said.

"No, you're not dreaming, hyung. He's really here! We see him as well." Hongbin said.

"Do you want me to pinch you, hyung?" Hyuk asked ready to do what he offered.

"Don't touch me Hyuk." I said glaring at him. "I want to be alone with N, please."

"But... we haven't spent enough time with him!" Hyuk whined.

"You've been clinging to him since he came! Leave him for a few minutes." Ravi said standing up.

"Fine..." Hyuk said. "Do not scare him away!" He whispered in my ear.

When they left, we just stood there looking at each other. I didn't know where to start and since the guys told me that he doesn't remember anything about us... he didn't have anything to say. We were almost in the same situation... almost.

"So, you must be Leo." He said.

"Yes, I am Leo." I said after a while.

"I'm here to cure your depression." He said smiling.

"I don't think I have depression."

"Oh... that means you are in stage one."

"What's stage one?"

"Denial!" He answered. "Do not worry, I will help you until you forget how you feel about me leaving to heaven."

I got closer to him and reached my right hand to touch his face. It felt so real... like it really was him.

"This must be normal because that Hyuk human also touched my face." He said smiling.

"Not really... I'm just making sure that you are real and not a hologram or someone else."

"Can someone look exactly like me?" He asked confused.

"Maybe with plastic surgery. People also say that there are other humans around the world that look exactly like you, or me, or anyone."

"Like a double?"

"Something like that..." I whispered. "It really is you..."

"You are crying... why are you crying?"

I didn't realize that I was indeed crying until he pointed it out. After a few seconds, I just hugged him like my life depended on it. I cried like that day when our manager confirmed his death or when we were at his funeral... maybe I was crying even more than when those events happened.

When he responded to my hug, I cried even louder. He was really here. Our leader, my best friend, Cha Hakyeon was really here...
