"Ooh, I pull up in a Benz truck. Oooh. You pulled up in your friend's truck mm. Betta watch out for tha scammers. Ooooh. Boy you betta get yo bands up," I was singing along with the radio as we pulled into the parking lot at the club. It obviously wasn't crowded yet but there were still a couple people waiting outside smoking. We both got out and went to the door. "I.D," the bouncer said to the both of us. "Now Trey, you know good and well who I am," Brian said and he looked closer at Brian. "Ohhhh. All that makeup on I didn't notice. This ya friend?" He asked looking at me. "Yea. So, can we go in?" Brian asked stepping closer to him seductively. "Yea, but see me before you leave," he said stepping to the side. "You know I got you boo," Brian said before walking in. I shook my head and followed behind him. I started looking around for Janessa when I bumped into someone. It was some stud who looked about ready to beat my ass. "Yo watch where the fuck you going," she said and I brushed her off. "My bad it was an accident but calm all that down," I said walking away. She started yelling but the music eventually drowned her out. I spotted Brian at the bar talking to the bartender. I walked over to him and stood there next to him. "Speaking of Kayla, here she is," he said. "Yvonne," she said holding out her hand. "Kayla," I said shaking it. "So, can I get something for you, Kayla," she said licking her lips. "Rum and coke," I said checking her out as well. She's a stud and isn't really my type but I'm open to anything.
Yvonne eventually had to get back to her job so Brian and I went to the dance floor. He had no trouble finding a man to dance with but I had my eyes set on someone else. Janessa. I looked around for her turning down many girls and just when I was going to give up I bumped into someone...AGAIN. Get this....it was the same girl from earlier. "You again? Now I think you doing it on purpose. Maybe I should beat the brakes off yo ass to show you to watch where you stepping," she stepped to me. I really wasn't in the mood for her right now but mama ain't raise no bitch. "Man, you talking really reckless for someone who obviously don't know when something is walking towards it," I stepped to her and she started cracking her knuckles. "SYD!" A familiar voice shouted out. The girl started looking around and Janessa came running from behind her. "There yo extra tall ass go. Nessa looking for you at the booth," she then over to where I was standing. "Kayla hey," she gave me a hug and I hugged back. "You know her?" Syd mugged me. "Yea, she's the one who did my interview earlier. I told y'all one of my friends was supposed to be meeting us here," she said and I was kinda taken aback. Friend? We just met today. But shoot if it'll get the Statue of Liberty off my ass then I'm here for it. "You did. My bad. You got lucky though this time lil nigga," she said walking off. "Friend?" I asked. "Future sister in law," she laughed. "Ohhhh," I laughed tucking my hair behind my ear. "Yeah. Wanna come to our section?" She asked and I nodded. We walked upstairs and there was Syd, another girl who I assumed was Janessa's sister, and two other girls. There were three small couches leaving the open space overlooking the balcony. A small table sat in the middle of the couches and there were a couple of empty cups on it.
"Guys this is Kayla, Kayla this is my sister Vanessa, you already met her fiancé Sydney, this is my best friend Tiffany, and my other best friend Roxie," she said introducing me to everyone. Vanessa was sitting on Sydney's lap while Roxie and Tiffany were sitting next to each other. We talked for a while and they had a bottle of Hennessey and a bottle of Vodka delivered. I refrained from pouring myself a drink because I didn't pitch in for the bottles but Janessa insisted. I got to learn a lot about Janessa. She was funny as hell, caring as fuck, and just hella smart. "KNOW FI DO YOUR TING. HEAD AH MASH UP. GYAL YUH KNOW FI DO YOUR TING YUH NAH TAKE BACKCHAT," the speaker in the club started blasting. Vanessa and Sydney went to go dance as well as Roxie and Tiffany. Before they could even get up Janessa had dragged me downstairs to the dance floor. She started grinding on me. It was like our bodies were in sync. Once the song was over she turned around. She looked deep into my eyes with so much lust. I pulled her close. "Let's get out of here yea?" I said in her ear. She nodded and I grabbed her hand. I knew that Brian would be in one of two places. The bathroom or the bar. We went over to the bar and saw Yvonne staring at me while mixing a drink. I shrugged it off when I noticed Brian sipping something and talking to the bouncer from earlier. "Hey B, you good? We're about to go," I told him and he nodded. "Oh yea. This is Janessa," I moved to the side and his face lit up. "Oh my gosh girl. I'm sooooo sorry about earlier. I was supposed to do your interview but I had got caught up in another meeting," he said and she laughed. "It's fine. If it wasn't for that meeting I would have never met this one," she smiled. "Well if Queer Q doesn't work out and you find another way to get your line off the ground hit me up. Your stuff looked dope and the whole custom breast and butt thing is genius. I would definitely buy," he said. "For sure. Nice meeting you," she said. Brian gave me a hug before we left.
