Chapter 3: Memory loss

Y/n pov:

After Doctor Kim left you tried to get your thoughts on one line. Too much happened in this past hour. You lost your sister in a car accident, your memories of the past three years and apparently the future you had with that guy Namjoon. Jimin, Yoongi and Namjoon walked back inside. Namjoon still looked miserable , while Jimin slowly came back to life and Yoongi tried to act though so he could support his husband and their friend.

"How did Mina and I get in an accident?" I ask them with a lump in my throat. It was hard to say her name out loud knowing she would never react to it again.
"A drunken driver rammed into the side of the car where Mina was sitting behind the wheel. The clap was fatal for Mina but you managed to survive. You were unconscious so a by stander who was walking her dog, came to your rescue and pulled both of you out. Her name is Jennie if I remember correctly." Yoongi tells you.
"Then I guess I need to thank her, when I get out." You reply before looking at Namjoon. "I am sorry for not remembering you Namjoon."
"It isn't your fault, you can't help it." He says broken.
"How long were I mean are we together?"
"We met at your brother's wedding a few months after the engagement party and have been dating ever since until I asked you to marry me two months back."
"Will you tell me about how we met?" You ask him
"I would love too." He replies before we were interrupted by doctor Kim.

"I have good and bad news." Doctor Kim states "The good news is that you don't suffer from any psychical damage but the bad news is that you suffer from amnesia."
"Will I ever remember those years again?" You ask him.
"I can't say, only time will tell." He replies with a weak smile.
"Thank you." Namjoon thanks him.
"No problem, we want to keep you here for one more night to observe you and tomorrow you can go back home." The doctor says before leaving us again.

"Where do I live actually?" You ask the boys infront of you.
"With me." Namjoon replies "But I understand if you want to stay with your brother for a while to cope with all this."
"Thank you." you reply smiling. He was actually really sweet.
Namjoon smiled at you before kissing your forehead "I will see you tomorrow and maybe I can tell you about our first meeting."
"Sounds good." You tell him, Namjoon then left the room you shifted your gaze to Jimin. "I broke him didn't i?"
"Yes." He says sitting next to you hugging you tight "But I know the both of you and I know you two will figure it out."
I nodded "But what if I don't feel the same way as I did before."
"Then you have to do what is best for the both of you." He replied
"Jimin, can you bring me to see Mina?" you suddenly ask changing the topic,
"it is not a pretty side." He says with tears streaming down his face.
"I know, but I want to see her one last time." I sob. Jimin pulled you closer to him and both of you cried in each other's embrace.
