Betty's PoV

Jellybean and Gladys had been gone for 5 minutes and I knew what they were talking about so I was worried. I tell jughead I going to the restroom. As I walk past the restroom to look for them I hear Gladys shouting. So I closer to the door so I can hear what's going on.

"If you think for one minute! I'm going to let you move in with that man wore think again!" "Well to bad mum! I'm leaving with him and there's nothing you can do about it!" "Oh really?! I'm your mother! You do as I as say!" "Like hell I will! You took me away from my family and treated me like dirt! Yes I'm your daughter but you are no mother!" "What your mouth?!" "Or what?! What can you possibly do to hurt me more?!" "Theres a lot! I'd watch my back if I were you!" "Like what mum?! Take me away from my family?! Nearly kill James?! Make me have an abortion?! Oh no wait! You already did those things!" Oh my god! "Jellybean I did Those things to protect you!" "Mum you made me kill my baby! And I nearly lost James for it-" but before JB could finish I heard Gladys slap her.

After that I storm in and punch Gladys in the face cutting her lip. "What the hell is wrong with you?!" I scream at her while helping picking up jellybean off the floor. "Stay out of this little girl! This doesn't have anything to do with you!" "Like hell it doesn't!" Just then she she pushed me against the wall and into a mirror. As soon as my head hit the mirror it smashed and there was blood. Right then she walks up to me and and starts chocking me. I can't breathe.

Jellybean grabs her mother off of me and punches her in the face giving her a bloody nose. After I get my breath back I grab JB and walk out the bathroom. I walk her outside but we have to walk past the table first so I wrap my arm around her  side and shake my head so that jughead doesn't follow us.

(Outside)

"Hey you okay?" "I'm fine Betty but are you two okay?" She asked me worriedly. "We're fine even though my head it killing me" I said and touched the back of my head and it felt wet. I took my hand away and it has blood on it. "Hey jellybean have you got your phone on you mines in my jacket at the table" "yeah sure here" she hands me her phone and I call jughead.

"JB? Where are you?!" "Hey jug it's me is v there please?" "Yeah why what's going on Betty?" "I'll tell you in a few but please...v"
"Hey Betty what's up?" "Can you come outside and bring my bag with you please?" "Sure I'm on my way" and soon enough she's walking towards us. She hands me my bag and I pull out a plaster. I ask Veronica to hold my hair up while I put it on. It was only a few scratches and just above my neck so it was okay.

"Guys What the he'll happened? Gladys looks like shit" "split lip" I say holding my hand up. "Bloody nose" JB said doing to he same as me. "And the head?" "My mum pushed her against a mirror" "what?!" "I'm fine v! Please don't make a deal out of this! Not tonight!" "Fine! Come on jugs worried"

Once we get back to the table jug looks at me and jellybean with worried eyes. I place my hand on his cheek and and smile; I pull him into a passionate kiss. "What the hell happened" "not now Jug...please I can't right now" jelly bean said with teary eyes. "Jellybean your still my daughter and your 17 I'm not letting you move in with him in New York" Gladys said calmly. "Well do bad mum because I am. I've had enough of you!" "Jellybean-" "Gladys after what I just heard you better shut your mouth before I do it for you" I said sternly at her and she was quiet.

"Look, I don't wanna fight. I'm so tired of it, I love James and he makes me happy and he loves me for me! Why can't that be enough your?" "Jellybean I said your not going and that's final" "fine! Then I just have to use this!" She said as she pulled out a letter from her bag. "And this is?" Gladys asked looking unimpressed. "This is my guardianship papers. I've had them signed over" "to who?!" Gladys asked as she banged her hand on the table. "To Betty and jughead!" "Jellybean What Hell?! She's your mum you can't do this" "jughead please?" "JB you Already know my answer. Give it here" I said and she hands me the paper and a pen and I signed it. "Jughead please! Please do this" JB pleaded her brother. "I can't do this to mum" "Betty please! I know you heard what I said!" So I whispered to Jug "jughead you need to do this. Please, she can't stay with your mum. She'll kill her" "Betty what are you talking about?" I look at JB with sad eyes. "I have to tell him JB" "no betty please don't" "I'm sorry"
