Jugheads PoV

A few days later were still at the apartment, a doctor and midwife have both come round to check that my girls are okay seen as Betty refused to go the hospital to get checked out, even though she was fine with us taking the baby. I don't know what's wrong with her, she hasn't left the apartment since she gave birth. They both are okay though.

"Morning betts" I say as she slowly starts to wake up, her head on my chest. "Morning Jug, where's lili?" "Auntie Veronica stole her. Their in the living room" "I swear she loves that girl more than anything" "probably true. Hey why don't we go down stairs today and show everyone their new princess?" "Maybe" "Betts what's wrong?" "I just...I don't know" "no come on talk to me" "I guess I'm scared. I'm scared that something bad with happen" "I know but it won't okay? So please come down stairs? "Everyone! I'd like to introduce your new princess!!" I shout from the stage with Betty besides me holding our baby girl. "Her name is Forsythai Pendleton Alice Jones the second! Lili for short!" Betty said and everyone cheered. "As for god parents/Guardians. "Sweet pea, Veronica, Kevin, Cheryl" Betty started. "Fangs, Toni and Joaquin" I finished

Betty's PoV

I was sat at the bar watching Kevin play with lili, she's so cute. Like that's my baby girl. That's mine and Jugheads baby girl. I soon feel a pair of strong arms go around my waist. "How you doing betts?" "Actually, I doing really good Jug. Did you see their faces when we showed them lili?" "Yeah, yeah I did. They love her" "you okay Jug? You sound like something's bothering you?" "...it's nothing Betty, don't worry about it" "so you do think that Archie is the leader of the ghoulies and not chic" I say as I look up at him.

"Who told you?" "No one jug. I worked it out on my own. So this whole thing isn't about the serpents it's about me. It's personal" "we don't know for sure" "...well let's go find out" "what?" "Come on. Let's go pay penny a little visit" "Betty you sure?!" "Yes jughead. I need answers" "okay. Kevin! Look after lili!" We got to the door to the basement and I stopped. I don't know if I can do this. "You okay betts?" "I don't know if I can do this" "we don't have to Betty. I can go alone" "no jug, she's the reason I nearly lost you and she tried to kill me just a few days ago. She nearly kill our daughter. She's knows things about Archie" "okay.
