"Juggie?" "Betty seriously, go away" "I'm not going anywhere" "I'm serious Betts!" "Well tough! Your stuck with me" he just huffs and looks the other way out on to the town. "Jughead I know this is hard for you, it's hard for me too. You think I just want to sit around and let him get away with it? I wanna put a bullet throw his head but I can't because it'll cause to much grief for the serpents, our family" "how can you be so...normal about this. Act so calm?"

"Because I have to, I have to be for the serpents, ours friends and I have to for you. Juggie im so scared all the time. I'm constantly looking over my shoulder...." "then wouldn't it be better if he was dead?" "yeah, yeah it would but it wouldn't make what happened go away. I have to live with that fact I was raped my my own brother and I have his child growing inside me and then raise it for the rest of my life jughead. But at what cost? "Hey, look at me" he doesn't so I grab his cheek and turn his head so that he's looking me in the eyes. "He hasn't taken everything that I love. I still have you. The serpents. Our friends. He's not taken everything but if even one person goes after him then he will have" "...I know your right betts I just hate that he's getting away with it" "I know and I do too and hey maybe one day we'll get him but for now. Maybe we can finally have a family? I'm not saying that this baby is going to replace Elizabeth because that's...that's never going to happen but maybe we can take something horrible and traumatic and make it something we can love, Make it into something beautiful?" "Yeah. Yeah Betts were a family" he says placing he hand on my stomach and I just smile.

He pulls me into a hug and I just completely fall into his embrace. "I can't lose you juggie" "and you won't. I promise betts" "I love you" "I love you too" "now and forever?" "Always"

After I told the serpents it was manic, everyone was shouting, crying it was hell and I had had enough I look over at sweet pea and give him a nod, he then pulls out his gun and fires it into the air. And then everyone was quiet.

"Thank you, sweet pea. Now I know you guys what chics head on a spike but we can't go after. The ghoulies still out number us because of the last time we went up against them. And there is no way in hell im letting even one serpent get hurt because of my mistake!" And everyone looks to jughead and the guys behind me I just roll my eyes and hope they actually have my back....

"Don't look at us she's already ordered for us to stand down. It was a serpent leader order not a friend one" "and look at me either I stand by Betty. She knows what's best" "please..."
