Margo's POV

It's been about four months since I've been here with my dad. That means three months since I've started school. I am three months in and quite frankly, I'm already over it. My brain is stressed. We having a field trip coming up in a few days and I'm trying to convince my dad and Pepper to let me stay home. I would rather sit at home having a mental break then sit on a bus. Pepper says I should go just to spend time with my friends, but I spend a lot of my time with them as it is. Don't get me wrong I love Peter, Ned, and Mj but it's just not my cup of tea.

After school on Wednesday Peter and I always hangout at my place after school, it kind of became like our ritual. I met up with Peter at his locker after our last class of the day. I got a text from Happy saying he was waiting for us. I spotted Peter and waved to him. When I walked up to him I put my arm around his neck resting it on his shoulder so he'd follow me.

"Happy is waiting and I prefer to keep him on my good side, so that means we don't leave him waiting" I said looking over at Peter.

Peter just laughed at me and walked along side of me. I took my arm off him and opened the doors in front of us. We walked out the doors and to the car where happy was waiting.

"Hey Happy" Peter said as he got in and sat down.

"Hey kid" Happy said shortly before starting to drive off.

"Do I get bonus points for being on time today" I joked at Happy as he drove.

"Sure whatever you say" Happy says shutting the glass between us and him.

Peter and I softly laugh at that conversation. "So um Ned told me you weren't going to the field trip on Friday" Peter says turning to face me.

"Yea, no I don't do long bus rides" I say nodding my head.

"You sure? You'll be missing out on some quality friendship bonding. Our bus rides have been known to be eventful" Peter says to me with a hint of hope.

This kid definitely makes it that much harder to say no to him. He has these puppy dog eyes that makes you want to do whatever to make  him happy.

"As hard as that is to say no to, I'm still staying home. Why sit on a bus when I could sit here" I say pointing to the house as we pull up.

Peter shrugs his shoulders and says "Oh well, thats your loss".

Happy parks the car and we both knock on the front windows and wave as we leave. We walk inside and no one is around the living room. I throw my backpack on the couch and Peter sets his next to mine. I walk around to see if I can see anyone. Peter looks over at me and I just shrug my shoulders.

"Marco!" I shout out to see if I can get Tony to yell back.

Tony's Pov

You know, life is a lot quite without teenagers in it. Maybe its just mine but they like to yell a lot. If they aren't yelling they are moody and want nothing to do with you. I thought after four months I would have this down but that's not the case.

"Marco!" I hear being yelled from upstairs.

"Polo!" I yell back. Someone yells marco and you cannot help but yell back. Shortly after I hear footsteps coming down stairs to the lab. I turn around to see I am being joined by Margo and Peter.

"Hey Mr. Stark" Peter says as they walk down.

"Ooh what are you working on" Margo asks pulling a chair up next to me.

"Hello to you too. You know, not to play favorites, but sometimes I like Peter better because he actually greets me" I say to them looking up and leaning back in my chair. Margo puts her hand on her chest and acts offended.

"Told you it pays off to be nice" Peter says to her sitting down next to us.

"I'll gain favoritism back eventually. Now are you gonna tell us what you're doing or not" Margo says rolling here eyes at us. Thats another thing teenagers do a lot. They role their eyes a lot.

"Not that it's any of your business" I say pointing yo margo, "but I am working on suit adjustments".

Peter and Margo both look at each other confused. "Who's suit is it because that's not yours sir" Peter asks me.

"I am working on adjustments for a certain spiderling" I say eyeing Peter. Peter just kind of smiles to himself and looks down.

"Wait wait wait, you make adjustments for Spider-Man? You know Spider-Man?" Margo asks me wide eyed.

Sometimes I forget I hadn't really involved Margo much into my superhero life. There hasn't been much of it because the avengers were pretty much toast. Spider-Man is pretty much the only other superhero I've been seen working with. Even thats been quite because Peter and I agreed to keep Margo out of that.

"I'm kind of a technical genius so sometimes I offer my help" I say shrugging my shoulders.

"You mean to tell me my father knows Spider-Man and I haven't met him" Margo says to me.

Quickly after she says that she slaps her hands over her hands over her mouth. Well that secret lasted a good three months between them.

"Any chance you weren't paying attention Peter" I ask him though the look on his face gives it away that he heard.

"Um no, yea I heard. Wait does that mean that you didn't just come here for change?" Peter asks Margo. You could tell the kid was very confused and trying to wrap his brain around this.

"Well I didn't totally lie to you! I just left out a lot of detail. " Margo says. "If it's any constellation he's the one that told me not to tell you" She says pointing directly at me. I shoot her a look that says, what did you just say. She gives me a fake sorry smile.

"This actually makes a lot of sense. I always kind of thought you two looked a lot alike. Plus you two have the same attitude and sarcastic ways" Peter says looking back and forth between us.

"Listen kid this stays between us for now. You probably won't have to keep it in much longer anyways. I think Pepper and I agreed to announce it soon" I respond. Peter just nods his head in agreement.

"Wait when do you plan on doing that" Margo asks shooting her head in my direction.

"We have an event tomorrow so probably then" I say, "That's okay with you right? If not we can wait".

Margo nods her head and puts her hand on my shoulder. "No if you guys are ready for it I'm ready" she says to me. I nod my head and pat her hand.

"You're not mad at me for not telling you right Peter" Margo asks turning back in his direction.

"No, not at all! I totally get why you didn't tell me" Peter says reassuring her. Margo smiles and sighs of relief.

"And I'm not mad at you for opening your big mouth kid" I says jokingly patting her hand again.

"I am you're daughter so you couldn't have been mad at me for too long anyways" Margo says back to me. I roll my eyes in response. Peter just laughs to himself at the two of us.
