"Once we push through, we'll need to split up in three....Dylan you'll take your men through the left, Abigail through the left and I will take the middle.... By doing this, we'll also be dividing their forces, making it more manageable..... If I'm right, all of us should end up at the main corridor at the same time......" Theo explained, whilst pointing at the several routes on a blueprint we made of the mansion, Molly is held at.
"Whilst we are distracting them, Vic, you'll take your team and enter from the back, and-" He starts but I cut off.
"How come I don't get to join in on the fun stuff?" I ask, crossing my arms.
"Because this is better" He deadpanned and I rolled my eyes.
"Anyways, before I was rudely interrupted" He said, playfully glaring at me and I smirked in response. "I was going to say that you'll attack from the back, cutting off their reinforcements before splitting up into two. Vic take a small group to help you find Molly whilst the others come into the main corridor to help us finish them off "
"Take Grant with you. He knows the place inside and out" Dylan said, gesturing to the asian boy beside him.
"Victoria, nice to meet you" I said, extending my hand across the table. He takes it and nods with a smile.
"So the plan is settled then?" Abigail said, crossing her arms as she stares down at the blueprint.
"Yup... as long as we all follow the plan, we'll be fine" Theo said to Dylan as he emphasizes on the word 'plan'.
"I always follow he plan" Dylan said, defending himself before Theo scoffs in disbelief.
"Dylan go get your men and brief them on what's going on.... Theo can we talk?" I said as Dylan nods to do what I told him too.
"Sure" Theo said as everyone is dismissed and leaves the small 'planning' room, leaving only him and I.
"So what do you want to talk about?" He asks as he rolls up the blueprints before putting his hands on the table in the middle and looking up to me.
"How do know Dylan?" I ask, getting straight to the point.
"Uh.... We used to work together sometimes, you know me and the guys, helping some missions and stuff" He answered and I nod. At least I cleared some stuff up about this mess.
"Also, I just want to know how you came up with this ingenious plan" I said, crossing my arms and leaning my hip against the table, my eyes curious.
"Well," He starts, his eyes searching the floor. "When I was part of the gang, I was like the strategist of the group"
"Oh" I said, not really surprised since Theo is pretty smart at coming up with ways to solve things in our daily lives. He loves doing things outside the box and that's like his style.
"How about you?" He asks and I instantly become speechless.
"I-I uh...." I said, not really wanting to tell him what I did. He raises his eyebrow and I feel a lump in my throat.
"Come on, Vic. It can't be that bad" He said and I instantly feel my blood boiling.
"It is bad, Theo!..... You don't know how it feels to carry around this guilt around with you, everyday, constantly looking back........ Hating your past self for what I did... the unspeakable things I did..." I said as I looked into his confused brown eyes. I sigh and look away, trying to figure out words to say it too him.
"I used to do things that at first I didn't necessarily agree with, but then after time, I somehow got use to it.... Every time, these people didn't pay up or someone stole from us...... I was responsible to take care of it.... if you know what I mean" I continued, looking down.
