RAVEN

"A good effort" we heard a voice say. Suddenly The Death was behind Aramis with his scythe raised. Before Aramis could even react, The Death slashed down. "But not good enough". Aramis screamed in pain as blood sprayed out of his back. He dropped face down into the dirt and didn't get up. I thought Aramis was made out of fire. How did The Death harm him? Wolf just stared. Then his eyes went blood red, then jet black. Suddenly the temperature dropped well below freezing. My breath became visible. Suddenly I couldn't move. Cold sweat formed all over my body. My limbs were heavy. I was paralysed from something I hadn't felt in years. Absolute terror. Wolf roared. As in literally roared, his voice seemingly reaching my very soul. I felt the power coming off of him. This was like nothing I've ever seen. Was this Rush? Suddenly Imparticles covered Wolf from head to toe. Huge jet black wings formed on Wolfs back. Wolf dashed towards The Death. He punched him with such force that I felt the shockwaves from where I was standing and I was blasted down the street. The last few remaining Shades that survived the fight were sent flying too. The Death blocked with his scythe but the force of Wolfs punch sent him skidding down the street. "Where did this come from?" The Death said, sounding amused. Wolf swiped his hand and a tsunami of Imparticles was sent towards The Death. The Death slashed through it with his scythe but Wolf kicked him. Again, The Death blocked, but the force smashed him into a nearby building.he walked back out of the hole he made. "This is exciting" he shouted "Finally someone who may be a challenge!" Suddenly his scythe was coated in black again "maybe you can withstand my full power. Only one way to find out!" He raised his scythe as Wolf wound up a punch. They jumped at each other.
"2000 Caliber Pulse!"I heard someone shout. Suddenly both Wolf and The Death went flying down the road, through a whole building each and smashed into a wall. Thousands of windows smashed from the force and some of the smaller buildings fell or cracked. Wolf and The Death got back up and looked at what made that power. Stood at the very end of the road was a man. He was about 2 and half meters tall with huge, bulging muscles. He had curly grey hair and had a very aged and chiseled face. He was just wearing jeans and bare chested. For some reason, Angel and Jet were with him along with two people I've never seen before. One was a normal height man in a black and white kimono with a katana at his side. He had a calm expression on his face with long, black hair. The other was another man with olive skin wearing a lab coat and glasses.
"GRIM!" The huge man shouted with a deep voice. The Death looked at him, obviously surprised
"GARGENDAE!" He replied. The colour drained from my face. Gargendae?
"You've ruined this city enough. Leave. Now." Gargendae said
"And what if I don't huh?!" The Death replied
"We both know I could kill you and your six little Deathbringers if I wanted to Grim!" Gargendae replied "Don't force my hand". The Death hesitated, nodded, then turned to go.
"Don't" Wolf growled "turn your back to me"
"Oh don't worry." The Death replied "We will meet again. And next time we meet, I will kill you" then he walked away. Wolf growled deep and ran at him "We're not done!" He shouted. Suddenly Gargendae appeared behind Wolf and grabbed his arm, stopping him in his tracks.
"Hold it right there young man" Gargendae said "If you're so focused on fighting, then fight me". Wolf slowly turned his head to look at Gargendae and pulled his arm away.
"Wolf" I said "Don't attack this guy. He's way too powerful for you" Angel ran up and grabbed Wolfs arm.
"Wolf please don't. This guy. He's unreal. He's one of The Three Masters. He's The Apex Fist Gargendae. Please." Wolfs eyes slowly turned from black to deep purple as the Full Metal slowly retracted from his body.
"You sound just fucking like her" he said to Angel, the tiniest hint of sadness in his usually stony expression and voice. Like who? What? Angel didn't seem to know either but she just smiled at him . Wolf turned to Gargendae. "My friend was injured in the fight, can you heal him?". Gargendae looked over at the guy with glasses. He nodded and went to Aramis. He checked Aramis over quickly "I can staunch the bleeding and bandage it. But I can't fully heal him here. If I don't get him back to my lab within 24 hours, he'll die."
"Then take him with you" Wolf said
"We can't heal every person we find who has an injury" Gargendae said. Wolf looked at him
"What do I have to do to make you heal him?" Wolf asked. Gargendae thought for a few moments, then smirked
"Well, you seemed to at least inconvenience Grim." He said "and I am rather bored"
"Gargendae" The guy with the lab coat said "you can't keep looking for someone who can fight you and use that as a basis to who we hel-"
"You want a fight?" Wolf asked. "I can do that". I stared at him with disbelief. This guy just had a fight with The Death, and now he's picking a fight with one of The Three Masters? How much did this guy like to fight? Gargendae grinned at Wolf
"Good lad. Let's find somewhere with more space" He said "follow me". Wolf picked up Aramis and followed Gargendae.

As we were walking, Angel and I caught up to Wolf.
"Are you crazy?" I asked him "He's one of The Three Masters. He's in the top 5 guys you don't fuck with"
"And he's the only one right now who can help Aramis" Wolf replied, looking forward with his hands in his pockets.
"Wolf, he could kill you in one hit" Angel said
"Then I'll just try not to get hit" he replied
"Wolf you don't understand. This guy would give The Maker a challenge"
"And apparently Grim is as powerful as The Maker. But we all know that's bullshit seeing as we damaged him and this guy claims he could kill Grim and his followers no problem" Wolf replied "The point I'm making is that we don't actually know the power of these guys outside of rumours"
"Apart from the fact that he blew both you and The Death down the street" I replied
"Neither of us were anticipating it though" Wolf countered.
"Ugh you're so stubborn!" I shouted at him. Before he could respond, Gargendae turned round and said "here looks good" we were standing in a huge stadium in the city, used for football or something before the Infection. The place was crawling with Shades but as soon as they saw Gargendae, they ran away as fast as possible. A few seconds later and the stadium was empty.
"That happens with Grim as well" Wolf commented "why's that?"
"Maker has a set of orders that he transmits to every Shade over and over again through waves we can't see or hear" Gargendae said "One rule in this set is to not attack any of The Three Masters or Grim as to not cause conflict with any of us. But that's not the reason we're here is it?" Gargendae said, walking across the stadium to the halfway line.
"No it's not" Wolf replied putting Aramis down behind the sidelines where Angel, Jet, the guy with the lab coat and the guy with the katana.
"Before those two start at each other" the guy with the katana said "let me introduce myself. My name is Shinji."
"And mine is Jeremy. Jeremy Stone." The lab coat guy said.
"My name is Raven" I said
"And mines Angel" Angel said with a smile. Both the men smiled back.
"I'm sorry about your friend. There's a good chance he's going to die" Shinji said
"Aramis will be fine." I replied "He's strong"
"He wasn't talking about Aramis" Jeremy said nodding towards Wolf as he took up position on the end line.
"Wolf will be fine as well" Angel said, her voice quite defensive.
"This fight will start as soon as you launch your first attack" Gargendae said
"If that's what you want" Wolf said winding up his fist, Imparticles covering his fist
"Imparticle Wave!"
