29: End

Me got lazy. I'm just going to write last few chapters plot here and end the story.

Zelda found the Fate Changing scroll as she expected she would.

At the same time , Rin was offered a chance to kill Zelda so that his parents can be with him again. So that Rin can go back to his normal life again. The woman who offered him this chance gave her a vial of potion that was enchanted. Rin doubted the use of it since arsenic didn't even manage to kill Zelda at his first few attempts. The woman assured it. This woman was the woman was the half dream demon half prophet demon that captured him earlier.

Rin hesitated on his choice to kill Zelda. Of course , she saw through him but said nothing. She knew he was going to kill him and this time , she was sure he would succeed if he tried. Because she asked akai to check what that vial he carried around his neck was all about.

She drank her coffee before she left. She didn't die.

Zelda asked him one last time if he was sure of this decision he made. That was to let her live. If not , she would be leaving. He was surprised. But nods and expressed that he wouldn't want to turn into a monster like her. And that he wasn't exactly in a bad shape in her house.

She went to the transaction.

And saw one of the familiar demons she didn't exactly would like to meet. It was one of her past rival who hated her a lot because she killed of his entire clan. Though to be fair , his clan weren't exactly good demons either. They were mercenaries. Did as told as long as they were paid. This one lived .

His name was Orgos. Orgos revealed that he was the one who started this entire thing. He had one fate changing scroll and made Rin looked like niev. It was all to watch her suffer looking at someone's face she watched die and now standing in front of her again but of a different person.

She questioned him if he wanted to sell the scroll or actually just wanted to kill her.

Orgos laughed at her intelligence. Yes. This transaction was to kill her. Because she wasn't suffering anymore. He needed her to suffer.

They fought. It was obvious that Zelda was never that good of a fighter against demons a lot more skilled than her.

Orgos laughed at her last dying breath as his hand suffocated her throat. That was when niev came in and killed Orgos with a surprise attack .

Zelda hugged niev and asked him why he was here. Niev answered that he had camouflaged himself here the whole time. That he knew she would do something as stupid as this. To die. He asked why

Zelda answered that she felt bad to what she did to Rin because of her selfishness. That for once... she had wanted to repent.

He kissed her in the hair and said " silly. Repent when we die together. "

Which after Zelda rewrote the past on the scroll that Rin's parents not only have Rin as part of their deal , but themselves too.  So now , Rin and his parents would have to work for her under her house. Rin and his parents could be together now.

Although Rin didn't remember any of it when Zelda asked when she and niev returned home.

Zelda and niev knew the truth of it.
