GRAYSON'S POV

I look around the kingdom in hopes to find Ethan, but he has not turned up. "Any luck?" I turn around to see Aurora. I roll my eyes at her, "No. What do you want?" She wrapped her arm around mine and turned me around to face her. "I am here to check up on you." I broke my arm out of her grip and said, "Well, you don't have to. I have stuff to do, so leave me alone." With that I spread my wings out and flew down the Earth. Once my feet touch the ground, I change forms. My wings disappear into my back and a shirt covers my upper body. I feel someone grab on my shoulder and I see Aurora, again. "You know I am not a Purple, right? I can fly to Earth as well. I just need to talk to you. Please." I turn to her and look down at her, "What do we need to talk about?" She rolled her eyes, "We need to talk about the kiss." I run my tongue across my bottom teeth, "The kiss meant nothing. You know that." She looked at me with a stern face, "Stop lying before The Goddess hears you. You are supposed to be perfect, now act like it!" I snap, "But, we are not perfect! The Goddess knows that! We make mistakes, but we are just forced to lie that we don't. Plus, Aurora, I can't hurt my twin brother. I can't do that again. I will not. Lust is one of the seven deadly sins, and I will not fall for it." We hear a dark chuckling, "I love hearing Angels sin without my help." We turn to our side and see an Orange standing next to us. "Be gone, Xander." His eyebrows raised and his freckles gleamed in the light, "Awe, is that anyway to talk to your old mate?" I got in his face, "Maybe, we would still be mates, if you didn't fall."

*FLASHBACK*

All the angels were gathered in the middle of the Heavens, while we see The Goddess floating in the middle. "Look, Ethan!" I was impressed. The Goddess never liked to brag about her powers, so when she showed them, we knew something important was about to happen. I play with my wings that I received on my thirteenth year of life. I look around for Xander, but don't see him anywhere. "Hey, where is Xander?" Ethan looked at me with his floppy purple hair. "I don't kn---." "ATTENTION ALL MY LOVELY ANGELS!" We both turn and face the Goddess who looks as if she is crying. I see movement in my side view. I turn some to see Xander floating with his arms crossed. Then I see his hair change from the bright blue it was to a gross orange. His wings flapped some and changed to black, and the Enemy stood behind him. "Ah, Neferet, always a pleasure." His voice gave me chills as all the angels started to brace themselves. All of the Blues, floated up and stood in front of the Goddess. Ethan grabbed his head and screamed in pain. I look at him as he dropped to the ground and he face was completely red. I look back up to see The enemy surrounded by Oranges and one Red male. "How did you cross the border lands?!" The Goddess's voice boomed across the lands, which sent the Enemy in a laughing rage. "Oh, Neferet. I thought you knew everything? You know exactly how I got here. That is why you are crying and called this stupid meeting! You thought you could stop the war before it started, but for once, YOU WERE WRONG!" He started cackling, as the Oranges charged towards the Goddess, leaving everyone confused and taking cover.
