SUMYA WREN

... "Hey Lillia. We need to talk." ...

Lillia's eyes flashed, with an image I couldn't bare to understand. Kylo.
             "Yes?" She asked.
"I've been having dreams or visions." I answer, truly confused.
"I have as well." She answered.
"Tell me about them." I answered, reluctant to hear her side of the story. Ahsoka had a different yet similar dream to mine. She was in the forest and saw what happened and then she faced him. I don't know what happened to her. I didn't want to know...
"I was..." she paused but continued. "in the control room, looking through the cams and I saw you. You were facing a dark figure. I couldn't tell who. They wouldn't let me find you. Ky... ran. He fought the guards and tried to find you, but it was too late." Lillia said. She wasn't staring at me, but the ground. She was scared.
"Wha- What happened next?" I said hoping her answer wasn't what I thought it was.
"I followed Ky. I ran and ran, but couldn't find him. I ran through a graveyard of newly fallen bodies and was alone... at least I thought I was. There was a stormtrooper. She was struggling to stand. I helped her up. She had a scar across her face, other than that, she looked young. She died. In my arms. She asked. "Why do you kill?" And that was it. She drifted to ash.
Lillia fled her eyes to me. Her face was wet. A tear stroked her face but she wiped it away. I embraced her and she took it gladly.
"What happened with yours?" She stuttered,  shuddering with every word.
"I found myself in a similar pair of armor." I started.
"It was green and blue with the resistance symbol..." Lillia continued. I cocked my head and met her gaze.
"Yes..." I started to continue but stopped. I couldn't say the rest. I reached out for Lillia's hand and openly showed her.

For hopefully the last time, I saw my visions again. The weren't blurry but clear. It began.
I saw my armor. I saw the figure.  I was still in battle. Fending off as many attacks as possible. I battled and felt the pain of my muscles tensing and my body demanding rest. Finally my muscles tensed but then relaxed as my sore dying body plummeted to the ground, and for a second I saw Ky. This was the first time that happened, and then everything went black.
The image changed I was now where the stormtroopers died on Mandalore along with some of my people. We approached each other and had the same conversation until finally her gun went off and all I heard was her body fall to the ground. Then Kylo's.

Lillia released her hand. We were both covered in sweat and tears. We stayed where we were for a long while without exchanging a single word. Beatriz came and sat with us, with Tieyan shortly behind.
"Hey are we having a tea party or something- ohh. I'll be outside." Beatriz said, probably realizing what had happened or our wet faces. Normally I would laugh at her funny assumptions, but this was not the time and I couldn't find my voice. We just sat in silence for almost an eternity, until we finally drifted to a calm, well-needed rest.
