Dear reader,
Hey. Kamusta na kayo? ❤️🩵
Lemme start by saying a huge THANK YOU for checking out this story, In My Heart Is Where You Are. 🙏🏻
Shortly after publishing What Are The Chances here half a year ago, I knew I would revisit this particular book. Firstly, this was originally created in 2011, eight years before WATC was conceptualized. Secondly, this was also the first ever multi-chapter story that I completed writing from start to finish.
IMHIWYA's first nine chapters were actually published here in Wattpad in 2014, but had to be undone shortly after. (More about that later) Now, nearly a decade later, it's finally ready to be shown to the entire world! By that it means publishing the entire book! 🙌🏻
The title of this story was from the lyrics of the song, Never Gone, by the Backstreet Boys, although it was used in an entirely different context. (IYKYK!)
Most of this story took place here in Manila, and the characters were mostly visualized by Japanese actors, with the exception of one. You know it by now as I already published the character visuals. ☺️
In case you're wondering, yes, this story is in the same universe as WATC and my upcoming project, the Invisible String series, because Ryusei, Blythe, and the Lucas sisters are cousins. 💙🩵❤️💙💜
Unlike WATC, which was written in Tagalog-English, IMHIWYA was purely written in English. So as a heads-up, there could be grammar and spelling errors that I have missed out. If you spot one, please let me know so I can fix it right away. At the very least, my non-Filipino moots can enjoy reading this. 👏🏻
So without further ado, I hope you enjoy reading this book as much as I did when I wrote this. Feedback and comments are highly appreciated. 🫶🏻
