Two hours later, Blythe finished proofreading five articles and was now down to one more before she could call it a day.

As she opened the file, she realized it was the article for Of the Heart, the most popular segment of The Times.

Through that segment, students would anonymously write their love and relationship concerns to its columnist. The latter would select the most interesting they received and would publish their advice to the sender.

"Oh, this is interesting," she whistled, her voice trickling in curiosity. It felt like she got a 'big scoop'.

"I'll get to read the sender's letter ahead of everyone." Then she started to read the article.

"Hello! I'm one of the seniors here, and I have someone whom I consider very special. I fell in love with her last year after something unexpected happened. However, she has no idea of my feelings for her. For some reason, I couldn't muster the courage to tell her. Funny though because we've been very good friends since we were little..."

Wait a minute.

Blythe paused from reading, lightly rubbing her chin while in deep thought. While she found the sender's story a little too familiar, she kept on reading to know more.

"What makes it funnier is that we both belong to the same circle of friends. I also can't tell if she feels the same way towards me. It seems that she's not outspoken as far as love matters are concerned. Nevertheless, I really, REALLY want to tell her how much I feel for her. I'm hoping I can accomplish this before graduation. I'm looking forward to your reply. Thanks and more power!

Sincerely, Mister M."

"Wow, that guy is something." Blythe shook her head as she started to make guesses about the letter sender's identity. However, she didn't want to jump to conclusions right away. Brushing off her speculations in the meantime, she proceeded to proofread the article.

Less than an hour later, Blythe was finally done with her task and went to bed.

Because she wasn't sleepy yet, she reached for her iPod from the bedside table and opened the photo gallery. There was one photo album containing pictures of Marvey and her together. She tapped the album and flicked on the photos one by one. From the old ones when they were kids, up to the most recent.

Blythe couldn't help but smile at the memories they had shared.  However, she was wishing things would eventually get sweeter for both of them.

The next morning, the whole school was bombarded with flyers scattered around and posted on bulletin boards.

The juniors and seniors started to promote potential candidates for this year's Prom King and Queen. It felt like an election period on campus.

Blythe rolled her eyes at the clutter everywhere. She couldn't care less about being nominated or winning the title. She even turned down all requests from students to endorse their prospective candidates.

By lunch break, Blythe dropped off her assignments at The Times headquarters.

Rina was so relieved that she had finished them. "I'm so glad we're done with the proofreading. We'll surely release this edition ahead of time!"

Besides her, another member of staff was also in the room. Elliot Winston, Of the Heart's resident columnist, ergo, the revered love guru of the campus.

"Hey, Blythe!" He greeted her. "Good thing you came in. I have something to ask you."

"Oh? What is it then?" Blythe was puzzled. Her suspicions about the letter sender crossed her mind once more. She sat down next to Elliot.
