When they reached the doors, Marc hesitated. His father was there, but he wasn't sure if he had really accepted him. Nathaniel's eyes softened as he kissed Marc's cheek, "It's gonna be ok, Babe... I promise..." Marc looked at him then smiled aoftly; he trusted Nathaniel completely. They opened the doors, sending everyone to their feet. Mr. Anciel was the first to make it to the boys, and Marc froze when his father hugged him tight. "Marc.... I am so, so sorry for how I reacted..... I never meant for this to happen..... You're my son, but I treated you so hatefully.... I'm so sorry, Son.... Please, forgive me....." Marc's eyes widened then filled with tears. "Daddy...." he said before hugging Mr. Anciel back tightly. He had his dad back, and he didn't want to lose him again. Mr. Anciel pulled away to look at his son and noticed the feminine clothing. "So.... This is the type of clothing you prefer....?" Marc blushed and looked away, "Occasionally...."
Mr. Anciel nodded and paid closer attention to detail. "The designs and everything about this outfit suits you.... You're.... um... God this sounds so weird to be telling my son..... but you're beautiful.... And no one can tell you otherwise...." Marc's eyes widened as he looked up at his father. He never expected those words. He smiled happily and hugged him tightly again, the older man holding him close. "Just no sugar daddies, OK? If you want or need anything, go to me or Tomato Head. Got it?" Marc blushed big time but nodded, "Yes, sir. Trust me; I don't need a sugar daddy as long as I have Nate..." Nathaniel blushed and scratched the back of his neck. Mr. Anciel chuckled before his smile faded and his joy was replaced with guilt. Marc noticed immediately and kissed his cheek. "Don't feel bad, Dad... It was a shock and timed really poorly. I still love you, ya know...." Mr. Anciel looked at him in surprise, "Even after how I attacked you....?" Marc nodded with a smile.
Mr. Anciel smiled and hugged him tightly. Marc smiled and relaxed in his father's arms. "I love you, Daddy..." Mr. Anciel rubbed his back, flipping off anyone who gave them disapproving looks. "I love you too, Son.." Nathaniel smiled. He was happy to have his father back. "Can we go get something to eat...? I haven't eaten in a month~" Mr. Anciel chuckled. "Of course... Nathaniel, Rachel, you two will be joining us, right?" Nathaniel smiled big. He loved being with Marc so he was not going to refuse. "You bet we are!!" He took Marc's hand and kissed it lovingly. "Anything to be with Marc." Mr. Anciel nodded and smiled. "Alright... Let's get something to eat!" The boys smiled and walked behind their parents. Nathaniel smiled at Marc and kissed his cheek. "It's good to have you back, Baby... I can't imagine life without you any longer..." Marc's eyes softened and he looked away. "I'm sorry I worried you...." Nathaniel shook his head and kissed him softly. "Don't be... It wasn't your fault... Things happen that we can't control..." Marc nodded slightly but still looked guilty. "But.... I worried you.... I promised myself I would make you happy.... But I broke my own promise...." Nathaniel's eyes widened when he saw Marc start crying. He quickly hugged his lover tightly. "Baby.... You make me the happiest guy alive..... Just knowing you have a heartbeat and a pulse makes me happy...." Marc looked up at him then smiled softly. "Really...?" Nathaniel smiled and nodded.
Marc's eyes filled with tears and he buried his face in Nathaniel's chest. Nathaniel's eyes softened as he held his lover close. "I love you so much... More than you will ever know..." Marc smiled happily at Nathaniel and kissed him lovingly. Nathaniel, of course, kissed him back and pulled him closer. From a distance, Rachel and Mr. Anciel stopped and smiled at their boys. "They really are deeply in love... Aren't they, Rachel...?" Rachel smiled and nodded. "They really are.... No one has ever made him so happy... I'm glad he's finally met the right one, ya know...?" Mr. Anciel nodded and smiled, "It took me a longtime to see it... And I hate that..... I almost lost my boy... But I'm glad he's happy...." His eyes darkened. "I..... I can't forgive myself for the things I said to him... I know he loves me and forgives me.... But the things I said.... were unacceptable...." Rachel rubbed his arm softly. "I'm sure eventually you will.... Give it time..." Mr. Anciel nodded and just watched as the boys started walking again. Marc rubbed his arms to keep warm until he felt fabric rest against his shoulders. When he looked at Nathaniel, he saw that he had given up his jacket so that Marc was warm. He smiled sweetly and promised himself that tonight, he would sleep snuggled up to Nathaniel;he deserved to be given that luxury as a thank-you.
That was when Marc noticed that Nathaniel's appearance had changed. His hair was longer and pulled into a ponytail. He had also gotten taller and more muscular. What has he been doing this past month??? His electric blue eyes glowed more in the streetlights even more than they did a month prior. Marc smiled and played with Nathaniel's hair. "It's gotten longer... I like it..." Nathaniel blushed big time and scratched the back of his neck. "I-I-I'm glad you like it..." Marc smiled and kissed Nathaniel softly. Nathaniel smiled and kissed him back. "Come on, Kitten... Let's go get something to eat." Marc smiled and took his head as they rejoined their parents.
