Part 42: Clumsy!!

"They held us and I was so scared...but Randhir was standing with his head high...he was proud of what he did...and he even threatened them fiercely....and after all that,they were so furious at us and locked us in a small room" he expatiated...

"After sometime they came and opened the door....they took him along..I was wondering what they're gonna do to him...then our boss came to me and said "if you want to live..then just keep your mouth shut..don't dare to tell anyone about all this... otherwise you'll be given similar punishment as we've given him..." I was shocked..."what you've done to him" I asked him in anxiety..."the worst thing... we're going make his life hell!" He smirked which made my spine chill...

"But why they did nothing to you?"  inspector Shergill asked...
"I don't know Inspector...I don't know...but I'll regret throughout my life that why I didn't do anything to save Randhir..." he held his head...

" Steve... thanks for the information...and don't worry... nobody can harm you...I'm just one call away in case of any issues..okay!...'' he assured him and patted his shoulder...

He came out after the interrogation session...

"Kuch pata chala Inspector..." Sanyukta asked keenly...
"Hmm...bahut kuch" he nodded...
"Kya pata chala...bataiye... please..." Gaurav gave a pleading look..
"Randhir ke saath kuch bahut bura hua hai....main soch bhi nahi sakta tha ki iss sab ke peechhe itna  bada scam tha" he cocked his brows...
"Kya hua hai mere Randhir ko.... Inspector...woh kahan hai...mujhe uske paas jaana hai.." she cried..
"Don't worry....ab hum bahut jaldi usse dhoondh lenge..." He blinked to assure her...
"Par inspector Shergill... Randhir ke saath hua kya hai...we still have no clue...at least humein bataiye toh.." Gaurav grumbled..

Then Inspector Shergill narrated the whole incident...

"Randhir.....mera Randhir...kya kiya hoga unhone uske saath...." She placed her hand on her mouth and started weeping badly...

Next day

Now it was time to look out for the culprit...

Inspector Shergill collected an arrest warrant and barged into Mr.Gilliams place...the boss who was behind all that mess...

"Mr.Gilliams...you're under arrest..." He chipped in a shrill tone...
"For what...I haven't done anything wrong..." He answered carelessly...
"You can't fool anyone now...I have solid proofs against you" he threw a CD and the arrest warrant on his table...
"Do you even know what you're doing Inspector..." He clenched his fist...
"Yes...I clearly know my intentions as well as yours too" he gave him a death glare...

He immediately arrested him and threw him in the cellar...

"Where is Randhir..." he asked while interrogating him...
"I don't know any Randhir" he rolled his eyes..
"Mr.Gilliams don't force me to be hard on you... because the crime you've done,gives me all the rights to treat you in the worst way possible" he stared at him angrily...
"That bastard spoiled everything...my drugs worth millions..how could I spare him..." he replied in a devastated tone..
"What you did to him...where is he" he again asked...
"He was a drug hater...now I've made him a drug addict...he is thrown to die in my farm house's basement..." He smirked...
"You're gonna pay for this.." Inspector Shergill snapped his fingers and went back to Sanyukta and Gaurav who were waiting outside...
