Dazai took a glance at his wristwatch then nodded to the other club members. “It's time.” He announced with a smile.

Maka wrapped her scarf properly on her neck and went inside the school bus. The car was ready to depart any moment soon. The destination's the North. The place where two cars of the academy and twenty-nine students went missing.

Last night, while the remaining student council are preparing for the trip, there was an unexpected call that came from one of the students who went missing. It was from Amumu.

She doesn't know why Amumu of all people would end up with them. But what she heard from her was more unbelievable. And she said that they should hurry or else everyone will end up dead.

“According to Amu Hinamori, there is a time gap between the Haunted Town and this world.” Shirou said while looking outside of the window.

“It means they really are trapped indie a dimention created by some powerful being. I pray that Lenka's still alive somewhere inside that place though.” Dazai sighed.

Kaoru grinned. “That guy won't die even after getting killed.”

“That's nonsense. ” Oga spit out.

L bit his thumb's nail and munches potato chips that Kaoru's holding.

The six present members of the Occult club glanced at each others in secret. Because the mission is a bit different this time than the previous ones they took before, they feel a bit challenging. Well, every paranormal otaku would feel the same. And they sure are lucky to find a quest that no one has ever solved before. And if they manage to clear it, their social standing and ranking at World's Mystery Online will once again skyrocket. And they'll become legendary.

The six coughed at the same time.

In less than six hours short time trip they finally arrived at their destination. The bridge that's connecting two regions; the Amburayan Bridge. Below the bridge is the Amburayan River.

After getting off the bus, the Occult Club members moves fast to immediately find the exact location of the barrier which's hiding that town.

Ikoma and L uses their EMF Meter to search around while the rest prepared other stuffs.

Maka and Yashiro watches them while they're standing near the bus. The remaining three more Council members were left to take care of things while they're gone. Since Sebastian is also there, they should be fine.

“Hey Maka-san, are you sure they can find the missing students? Though I admit that I can't really understand what they're doing with those stuffs and kitchen ingredients?” Yashiro said after a few minutes.

Maka didnt even bother looking at him but she sighed and replied, “We cab't help it, right? There's no other choice but to believe in them.”

“I...see.”

“Look what I found! Ahahaha! A giant crab!” Kaoru suddenly shouted. She's at the riverside and holding a river crab.

“Ngh--?! That girl...what is she doing?” Maka went to hit Kaoru with the book she's holding.

“Wow! Sugoi! It's ebi!” Dazai clapped his hands.

“Isn't it? Isn't it?? Ahahaha! I'm a genius!” Kaoru even boasted.
