Bucky walked into school looking even worse than the day before. He looked tired, pale, the bruise on his cheek was now accompanied by one on his forehead. He avoided Steve the best he could he knew Steve would flip when he saw him. But Steve would hear soon, everyone was staring at him, it was only a matter of time before the whole school knew and there where a million rumors circling around.

Steve finally saw Bucky in history, he looked horrified when he saw Bucky. He tried to get Bucky to talk to him during class but Bucky wouldn't budge. Soon enough the period was over and Steve was going to find out what happened.

"James." Steve called.

Bucky ignored him and walked to his next class. He didn't even talk to Loki in drama today. Eventually he couldn't hide from Steve it was lunch time, and Steve practically chased him down.

"James!" Steve called to Bucky.

"Steve, I'm running off a pack of fun dip, and half a cup of coffee. I'm not in the mood to talk." Bucky mumbled.

"I don't care, I need to know what's going on!" Steve stated grabbing Bucky's shoulder.

"Just leave me alone!" Bucky replied tugging his shoulder out of Steve's grasp.

"Talk to me, what ever is going on needs to stop! I know you haven't been getting into fights, I know what you've been doing to yourself and I know it has something to do with the reason you're covered in bruises!" Steve nearly yelled.

"Leave me alone Steve." Bucky mumbled, "I don't want to talk about it." He said as he headed down the hall.

Steve grabbed onto his metal arm, "What ever is going on I want to help, I don't want you doing this to yourself."

"Please, Steve. I just, I don't want to talk." Bucky forced out.

"I'm sorry Buck, but don't want to see you hurt, and I'm not going to just sit here and let this continue." Steve explained, "Please stop doing this to yourself. Other people may not have noticed but I have, I know you're not eating, and I know that it has nothing do with just wanting to lose weight."

"I'm just never hungry, I'm a healthy weight, I'm not anorexic or anything." Bucky mumbled.

"It isn't about how much you weigh, it's about how much you eat, and weather you're there right now or not that's the path you're on!" Steve stated "It obvious you've lost at least twenty pounds since you moved here!"

"Thirty..." Bucky mumbled looking at the ground.

"What?" Steve asked.

"I've lost thirty pounds. Okay? Now you know!"

"Bucky please just tell me what's going on." Steve said.

"Seriously I'm fine," Bucky muttered, "Just leave me alone."

"No you're not!" Steve yelled, "You are not okay! You've lost thirty pounds in the last month, you're 120 pounds! That's not healthy, Buck!"

"Just shut up!" Bucky yelled back, "I know what I'm doing to myself, I know it isn't right but that doesn't mean you can come and tamper in my personal life!"

Bucky suddenly fell into Steve and started to cry. He held onto Steve and sobbed into his chest. Steve hugged Bucky and didn't let him go. Bucky would have been embarrassed by this but everyone had fled the hallway when Bucky had started to yell.

"I, I need help Stevie." Bucky mumbled.

Steve rubbed Bucky's back as he hugged him, "I'm here to help, just tell me what I can do."
