Richie's POV

I woke up with an aching neck. I slowly sat up and I was with my legs on the bed and everything else was on the ground. I groaned in pain as I rubbed my neck for comfort. I looked around my room as I was by myself. Where is everybody? I got off the floor and walked to the living room. Everybody was sleeping in different positions. Bill and Beverly were snuggled together on the love seat we owned. Mike was wrapped tightly in a blanket in the corner of the living room. Ben was on the long couch with an arm hanging off the side. Finally, Stan was laying in the center of the whole room. I looked around some more and didn't find y/n or Eddie. I walked quietly downstairs and into the kitchen. There was a bunch of trash and dirty dishes that filled the sink and trashcan. I sighed and looked around some more. I looked out back and saw balloon pieces from the water balloon fight we had the other night. Seriously? Where did Eddie and y/n go? I walked back to the living room and into the guest room. To my surprise, there was y/n and Eddie snuggling together under the white covers. Eddie's arm was wrapped around her shoulder and her face was snuggled into his neck leaving no space in between them. I tried not to get angry so I quietly shut the door and went upstairs. I pulled my shirt off and threw it into a hamper in the corner. I walked to my bathroom and turned the shower on. I took off the rest of my clothing and hopped into the shower. She didn't do anything with Eddie. She loves me. Not Eddie. Me. I washed away my thoughts as the hot water hit my back. I got out, dried off, and put an outfit on.

I fixed my already almost dried hair and walked back downstairs. Everybody was still knocked out so I went into the kitchen and grabbed a garbage bag. I cleaned up all the trash and balloon pieces from outside and all around the house. I did the dishes right after and cleaned up the kitchen. Then I pulled out eggs, pancake mix, bacon, and sausage for breakfast. I quickly made breakfast for everyone. After I made everyone's plates I walked out back and enjoyed the view and weather today. I sat on my phone for an hour because I did everything I needed to do. "Hey." I jumped at the voice behind me. I turned around to see a tired y/n standing there. "Hey." I smiled weakly. "How did you sleep?" She asked sitting down next to me. "Fine." I looked back down at my phone. We sat there in silence for a while. "Did I do something wrong?" She blurted. I shook my head no. "Then why are you all quiet and everything? You're never quiet." She laughed. "I don't know. Ask Eddie maybe he'll know." I stood up from my chair. "What the hell are you talking about?" She asked getting up as well. "I mean since you guys are so close that you could sleep together, maybe he can tell you why I'm so quiet." I scoffed and walked inside. "Richie!" Y/n ran in front of me. "I swear it was nothing like that. I don't even remember going into the guest room." She defended putting her hands on my chest. "Mhmm." I lightly moved her hands off my chest. "It's just painful to see my girlfriend and best friend cuddled up in the same bed together." I sighed. "Richie, I love you. Eddie is just my friend." She reassured. Her hand was placed onto my cheek as she looked me right in my eyes. I grabbed her waist and pulled towards me. I put my face in her neck as I hugged her tight. Her arms were around my neck. "You are my girl." I whispered. "I'm your girl." She stated. I kissed her neck and pulled out of the hug. "I love your outfit." She giggled at my clothing. "I know right." I ran my hand through my hair. She laughed at me. "Did you do all of this?" She asked pointing at the kitchen. "Yeah, while you were asleep I cleaned the kitchen and made breakfast." I smiled proudly. "Awe babe thank you!" She kissed my lips and ran to one of the made plates. She grabbed two and handed me one. We sat down together and ate our food.
