(Your POV)

Sometimes you keep your coffee shop open all night just for school students that need to study.

They really appreciate it.

You actually give them free coffee.

It being 11 at night, the people are probably going to start showing up by now.

You slide over the counter and fall off causing you to giggle.

You were just on the floor laughing to yourself when you heard the ring from the door opening.

You stopped laughing instantly and looked up to see a skeleton staring at you.

You could see the bags under his eyes. Eyesockets? It doesn't matter.

You looked at him, your eyes widening.

"H-hello..." You stutter.

He just blinked at you before stiffiling a laugh with his hand.

You smiled awkwardly, but quickly stumble to your feet.

"G-god... that's embarrassing..." You say while scratching the back of your head.

You quickly gained your posture.

"Hi, Mr. Sans." You say.

"there's no need to call me mister. just 'sans' will do." He says with a laugh.

His laugh made you smile.

You blush from the awkwardness.

You suddenly see that he's holding books. A lot of books.

"What are you doing here?" You ask.

He glanced at his books then looked back at you.

"i... i came to read. this place seemed so peaceful, so i thought... am i not supposed to be here? i can leave." He says quickly turning around.

"Wait, n-no don't leave, i-it's-- My coffee shop is open." You say just as quickly as he turned around.

You sort of pushed Sans to the counter. You had little stools there.

He hopped on to one of them and opened one of his books.

You walked behind the counter.

"So... would you like any coffee?" You asked.

He looked at you and smiled.

"nah, but do you have any ketchup?" He asked.

You looked at him with curiosity.

"Yeah... I think so, let me go check for you..." You say.

You walk to the back of your shop. Opening cabinets and cupboards.

You opened the fridge and there it was. The thing you were looking for.

"AHA!" You say loudly as you grabbed the Ketchup.

You hopped back to the counter.

You saw Sans with legit stars in his eyes.

You cover your mouth as you stare at him I  awe.

He had literal starts in his eyes!

You sat the Ketchup down and started to stare at sans.

You leaned on your arm. You took a glance at the book he's reading.

ASTROLOGY:
World Above the Stars

He likes stars?

You like stars too.

"stars..." You hear him mutter.

You blush slightly.

Sans... he's so cute...

"Stars, huh?" You ask while biting your lip.

Sans looks up from his book and turns blue.

Is that his blush?

"uh... yeah... i've always been so passionate about them. i'm just kind of disappointed that there aren't any good views of the sky in this city." He complains.

"Yeah--WAIT!" You exclaim loudly.

Sans stares at you.

"Sorry, sorry, but I just had the greatest idea! I have a roof! A-above my ceiling..." You say while blushing slightly.

He chuckled.

"I-I-- Do you want to see the stars?" You ask.

He smiled at you.

"absolutely." He answered.
