Tyler glared at his brother, a blush coating his cheeks.

"Am I making you mad?"

"Yes."

"Aww, I'm sorry," Zack laughs.

"No, you're not," Tyler states.

"I'm not," Zack says before bursting into a laugh.

Tyler rolls his eyes, but can't help but smile.

"So he's your boyfriend?" Zack asks after calming down.

Tyler smiles wider and nods.

Zack grins. "I'm happy for you," he says sincerely.

"Thanks."

"Damn. Now I gotta have the talk with you."

Tyler's eyes widen, "No. No, you don't. It's o-"

"When a man loves a woman-"

"-Zack, stop-"

"-or a man loves a man, or a-"

"-Zack-"

"-woman loves a woman-"

Tyler covers the older Joseph's mouth, "Stop. I'm good."

Zack puts his hands up in surrender. Cautiously, Tyler pulls his hands away.

"They have sex," Zack says quickly.

"Oh my god," Tyler groans slouching back against the couch as Zack laughs.

"How are your lungs? Are they in pain?"

Tyler shrugs, "They're always in pain. I've grown used to it."

Josh lifts Tyler's hand gently and presses a kiss to the back of it.

"Bucket," Tyler says quickly.

Josh pushes the bucket toward the small boy just as he vomits into it. He sits back and is handed his water cup to rinse his mouth for the time being.

Josh carefully wipes the tears off of Tyler's cheeks.

"How much longer?" Tyler asks quietly.

Josh checks the time on his watch, "Only a half hour."

Tyler sighs and thinks of something when he sees goosebumps rising on his skin, "Did you happen to grab my bag from the house?"

"Yep. I got it right here."

"Can I see it?"

Josh picks up the black backpack and sets it on the arm of the chair. Tyler unzips it and digs around for a minute before pulling his hand out with a small pout.

"What's wrong?"

"I didn't put my jacket in here from my last session."

"Are you cold?"

Tyler nods.

"Here, have mine," Josh says unzipping his jacket. He places it carefully around Tyler's shoulders.

"Thank you," Tyler whispers.

"No problem, baby."

Tyler smiles at the name.

"What happened here?" Josh asks noticing a bruise on Tyler's arm.

"Oh, I bruise really easily. Most likely, I just ran into something. It's no big deal."

Josh presses a soft kiss to the bruise making Tyler giggle.

It was a comfortable silence between the two for a few remaining minutes. The timer goes off eventually and a nurse walks in to get Tyler unhooked.
