Ben put Lily down on a spare bed in the Slenders house. He sat next to her holding her hands in his. Why is it always her? Why does she always have to wish for death? Why did Splendy actually do it?! I had too many questions with no answers. I sighed and looked out the window. I saw Jeff running away in the distance.
Don't run. You can't run from your problems. Yea what you did was wrong, but don't leave me! What if she doesn't wake up this time? And your gone?... I-I...
"I'm going outside Ben.."
He looked at me and nodded.
I walked outside of the house. I walked over to one of the trees and kicked it hard. "WHY THE F*CK DOES THIS ALWAYS HAPPEN?!"I shouted while tears started to well in my eyes.
"Something nice happens and then something always has to happen to ruin it."
I looked at the ring on my finger. "I need you right now Jeff... my friend could die and you're not even here to help me..."
