Chapter 7

Tris POV

*FAST FORWARD TO FRIDAY(MOVING DAY)*

I wake up to find that I am entangled with Tobias. My head on his chest, and his arm draped around my waist. Our legs are hugging eachother.

I kiss him on cheek until he wakes up.

"ITS TODAY ITS TODAY!" I shout as I jump up and down on the bed. Just as I am I realize I'm naked.

"WHAT THE HELL WHY AM I NAKED WHAT!?" I screamed as I went back under the covers.

Tobias was laughing so hard. "Do you have no idea what happened last night? You were excited to move, we got a couple beers to celebrate... I think you can figure out the rest." he says, while winking.

Tobias gets out of bed and grabs a pair of pants and a black t-shirt. I get out of bed and get dressed as well. I can't wait to move.

There's been news about inside of Chicago. Evelyn decided that rebuilding the faction system would be best and everything is back to normal. Tobias and I will return to dauntless, pick jobs and get married.

A couple hours later the truck is loaded and were about to go.

"Where's Caleb? Has anyone seen him?" I realized I haven't seen him since I went into the weapons lab.

"Uh, he's already, uh , back in Chicago, he left wen you were in the hospital." Zeke says.

Typical Caleb. Always leaving or turning away when things get tough.

Tobias POV

After the truck is loaded, we hop in the back, like a bunch of Amity, and head back to Chicago. I don't know if it's safe there or if it's safe anywhere, but as long as I got my Tris, I've got all I need.

*TIME LAPSE= 2 HOURS*

We are just arriving at the gates of the city. I hear Tris hold her breath, so I pull her closer than she was before, so shes sitting on my lap.

The gaurds let us in with no questions, which is strange, and we drive to the dauntless compound. When we get in everything seems as it was before, bustling with life and dauntless games.

Tris and I go up to my old apartment, since Tris never got to pick one, and started unpacking.

"So it's okay if I stay here?" Tris asks

"Obviously! were engaged silly, and were going to get married soon, so why not?"

We take the rest of the day to unpack our things, and after were done, we head down to the cafeteria and catch up on all that's been happening.

Things are going as it was before. Caleb is the new erudite leader, and they will have a contest for who will be the leader of dauntless.

After our bellies are full we head back to the room and slip underneath the covers.

I pull Tris mine a kiss and she then lays her head on my chest.

"I love you Tobias."

"I love you more, Tris."
