Me and Cisco had been back in Central City for a few weeks now and were back to work at S.T.A.R Labs.
I was watching Cisco as he tracked down DeVoe on the computers in the cortex. Barry was already suited up and waiting.
"Got him!" Cisco said as he quickly stood up then got in his Vibe suit.
I used a shot of Epinephrine to get killer frost out then looked at Cisco and Barry "Lets go" I said
Cisco nodded then opened a breach to where DeVoe was, downtown. Me and Barry went through the breach and looked at DeVoe
"we got you now DeVoe!" Cisco said
I stood next to Barry as Cisco came through the breach and stood beside me.
"I think you're confused you see.... It is I who has you, Vibe" DeVoe said before some mechanical arms with claws came out of his chair and towards Cisco
"Cisco look out!" I said then shot a blast at the arms of the chair
DeVoe made the arms move out of the way of the blasts then grab Cisco. He took Cisco back over to the chair "Better say goodbye to your husband, caitlin" he said then stabs Cisco
I watch in horror as Cisco's body drops to the ground, with only a little bit of life left. I quickly take control over killer frost.
I run over to him and kneel down beside him "Cisco!" I say worriedly as I feel tears fill my eyes and run down my face.
Cisco looks at me and with the last breaths he has I hear him whisper "I love you Cait" before his head tilts off and his breathing stops
"no!" I sob as I hug his body tightly
"Cisco!" I hear Barry yell. He runs over and kneels down beside me and wraps an arm around me.
I pull away from him then stand up, letting go of Cisco's body then quickly running off.
"Caitlin wait!" Barry calls after me
I ignore him as i keep running, tears still flooding down my face. My legs are already getting weak and tired but I force myself to keep running.
It feels like that's the only thing I can do is run. Run away from evetything and everyone.
A few minutes later I was a ways out of central city and I felt my legs collapse. I fell to the ground in a small heap as small sobs escaped my body.
