A/N - hey peeps. So I've got a surprise for you, because I feel like I left Jack out in the past couple of chapters. I'm going to do this chapter in his POV (point of view). So enjoy and remember to vote.---------------
Friday came soon enough, it was brilliant how fast time could go, now I have two days to be stuck in my room at home, except for Sunday when I go on my run. I still felt terrible for what I did to Kelly, I mean, I didn't really do anything, but she came off it as if I did. All I did was have a chat with my mates. Or somewhat mates. I get that she knows my popularity is important, so she knows what to do, not letting me make a choice was her fault and now I sound really selfish. Anyway, I was invited to a party tonight being hosted by Colton Smiven and his mates, they promised alcohol (a lot of it), blasting music that everyone likes, probably drugs (but that wasn't in the description) and an awesome time with your friends. That's when I started to question, who are my friends?
Dean is, defiantly.
Angel is somewhat my friend, we hang out sometimes, but I kind of only know her because she's Dean's long-time crush.
Kelly, I have no idea what we are.
Colton, we hang out sometimes.
Harry, Ace and Noah are the same.
So do I actually have any friends?
It's Math and I am left to listen to the teacher about some crap I don't even know (literally everyone in this lesson). Some students have their head in theit hands, some look like they are sleeping and others look like they just want to die. Creepy. Maths on a Friday you do not like, it ruins the meaningnof Friday. Literally. So I start to think about the party, the whole school was invited so obviously everyone is going to go. Maybe Kelly is going too. Dean is probably going to ask Angel, so Kelly is left by herself. Maybe I could use it as a way to get her forgiveness.
The bell rings and everyone stands up imediately, I grab my stuff and we all leave before the our teacher stops us. I go quickly to Kelly's locker, hoping I can catch her in time, my luck, she is already there. Opening her locker and taking and replaving things, I walk towards her and lean against the locker next to her. She glances at me but pretends I'm not there.
"Look, I'm sorry if you are angry at me, but I'll make it up to you. Come to the party tonight with me. Everything on me and we will have a lot of fun." I try to reason with her with a charming smirk. No one could turn down a party, or me for a matter of fact. "Come on."
"I'm fine, thanks. I'm going to go with my real friends and not people that believe popularity is more important them other people. Because, news flash, you are one of those people and I don't like those type of people." Kelly snaps at me before slamming her locker shut and stomping away. Huh, I guess you can turn down a party and me. Now I feel a bit hurt and affended. I shrug the feeling of though and kove to got to my next boring lesson of the day.
