Chapter 3

"Class over." My new Math teacher, Miss. Grant said as she winked at the boys in the class.

Disgusting!

She was a really nice teacher, but just that... my mind was elsewhere, I was too busy thinking about those 3 strange but gorgeous giants who were driving me crazy! Especially the one standing in the middle. The one I pumped into...

I miss his minty scent... No, no, no, oh my gosh, Beth! What the hell are you thinking!!!

Ever since I met him, I have been feeling very... Weird. Something deep inside was making me think about him... Again and again.

Hey, it's all because I got lost, because of that annoying, arrogant jerk! Plus, he was hard as heck, like he was just built with muscles and bones. I have to admit, his looks were not bad, but I am not going to forgive him, just because he's hot. What's wrong with me?!!! Everything is just his fault!

"You think Tobias is hot? Are you serious, Kate? You used to say I'm hotter! That's not fair!" Suddenly I heard someone say from behind me. I can tell, it's... very familiar...

What?!!! Did I say that out loud? I know I used to talk to myself... But, I am very sure I didn't say that out loud.

"Um... I think you've found the wrong girl. I am definitely not that whatever Kitty Kat you are talking about..." I said angrily without turning around then walked away as fast as I can. At least I tried.

I kept walking and walking, pushing through the crowds with difficulty, wishing to get to Westin or Jayden as fast as possible. Since I heard no footsteps following me so... I decided to just turn around and check...

"Uh!" I groaned loudly, rubbing my eyes.

I bumped right into another wall!

"Hi, little girl... Again?" The red-headed devil said with a stupid smirk.

Um... He smells like, like... what is it? I know it, It's so familiar. What is it? I don't know how to explain it... Ok, I need to not go sniffing people around all the time.

"Seriously, Kate. Of course, it's familiar. It's me. I'm Flame. Flame!" The red-haired boy looked at me as if I'm mad. "And... and. Haha, Familiar! Do you also like that song called 'Familiar' by Liam Payne? Seriously!"

Am I mad? Of course. How can anyone read other people's minds? This is all a dream.

"A dream? What the hell, Kate! Did you... No way..." Flame said as he looked at me, betrayed. "Sorry, I gotta go! Tobias cannot hear about this. I'm sure he heard us, but... Bye, little girl. I... I need to... Oh my Gosh! He's here!"

"Wait!" I shouted. "What do you mean? Were you reading my mind? Hey!" I shouted as I heard a loud 'Whoosh' sound of the wind, against my face. 'Get back here!' I shouted one last time.

Lunch Time

I walked to the door of the large lunch area. It sounded pretty loud and crowded from the outside. I stopped and studied the menu post outside the cafeteria...

I think I'm gonna eat spaghetti...

I took a deep breath and walked in.

It became quite suddenly. Everyone stopped laughing and talking. They were all staring at me!
