I can't wait to tell Navya!!

I turned behind to see the person I was waiting to see, Navya!

I hugged her tightly.

"Nandu, what happened? Are you fine?"

She asked still in the hug.

"You were right Navya. You were right! I love him. I love Manik."

She broke the hug suddenly and she was shocked+ happy.

"Kya..kaha tumne?"

"I.LOVE.MANIK"

She hugged me back on realising what I said.

"Mujhe pata tha. Tum realise karlogi"

I smiled at her statement.

We both were teary-eyed.

"Nandini...why are you crying?"

Manik rushed towards us and asked me...!

He and his over- protective nature.

"Kuch nahi Manik. Bas Navya ki shaadi hone Vali hai na to..."

I said making an excuse.

"Are to you should be happy na...fir to tum dono ek hi ghar me rahoge."

Now I was confused as to what to say.

"Yahi to main keh Rahi thi ise."

Navya came to my rescue.

"Nandini tum itni tension Kyun leti ho?!"

He asked faking anger.

"Kyunki ...main aisi hi Hun"

I said shrugging my shoulders and ran away dragging Navya along.

Manik must be thinking why am I behaving weirdly.

The day ended like that and I went to sleep thinking how I realised about Manik's love for me.

SANGEET- 4 NOVEMBER 2018

I was sleeping until the noise in the house made me wake.

I don't thinking I am going to need an alarm for some days...

I thought to myself

I got ready and was about to leave for breakfast when Navya barged in my room.

I was shocked by her sudden appearance

"Navya?! Kya hua? Sab thik hai na?"

I asked her worriedly

"Han sab thik hai. It's just that mujhe tumse important baat karni hai and main badi mushkil se ai Hun...I mean you know being a bride koi akela hi nhi chod Raha tha."

I mouthed an 'oh' hearing her.

"Par..kya important baat?"

I asked her.

"Han...I wanted to ask ki tum Manik Ko jab Bata Rahi ho? That you love him?"

I slapped my forehead thinking this was her important baat.

"On the day of...."

Her facial expressions were changing every millisecond. She was too excited.

"Our.. engagement!"

I said excitedly but Navya's expressions first changed to confusion and then to sadness!

"Itna badme Kyun? Abhi to there is a long time."

She asked me with a puppy face.

"Aww Navya.."

I pulled her cheeks and continued,

"I know that par main chahti Hun ki main use tab batau jab humara rishta officially Jude..and pata nahi...I have a feeling...that voh din best hoga!"

She smiled and then said,

"Thik hai fir Miss Nandini murthy...jaisa apka Dil kahe!"

To this I replied,

"Okay ..soon to be Mrs. Navya Malhotra"

We shared a good laugh at this.

Later that evening

I didn't have to think ki mujhe kya pehen na hai like others .. because Manik had already shopped for me.

I can't wait to see you Manik.

Today is Sangeet and I am going to dance with Manik.

I am excited.

"Nandini...niche aa jao ab"

Ma called and I went downstairs .
