Tikki drowsily fluttered her eyes open, letting out a small yawn. She could hear a faint vibration coming from Marinette's desk, buzzing on and on.

She fluttered down, seeing that the vibrations were coming from Marinette's phone. Checking the caller ID she could see that it was a call from Adrien.

She frowned at that, knowing that Adrien would have turned up in person if he wanted to talk to Marinette. That or he would be asleep.

She checked the time and gasped, realising how late it was. Maybe it really was Adrien and he was struggling to get to sleep? It was rare, but it still happened sometimes.

She tapped the green answer call button, stopping the vibrating of the phone, only to hear a voice that most certainly did not belong to Adrien.

"Hello." A familiar nasally voice called out.

She should have known that it was Plagg calling. Who else was call at this ridiculous hour of the morning.

"Plagg, it's three in the morning." She deadpanned, not amused that he'd cost her some well-needed sleep.

"So? It's never too early to hear your voice, sugar-cube." He teased and let out a small laugh.

"Plagg, why have you made a phone call in the middle of the night?" Tikki questioned, already getting cranky as she was supposed to be sleeping.

"Why not? They have school tomorrow so you can always fall asleep in class." He reasoned, shrugging although Tikki couldn't see it.

"Plagg," She warned. "You know I love talking to you but you could have just waited until later."

"The audacity! Tikki, we it's been years since we've had active miraculous holders and I'm taking advantage of the new technology they've made since." He explained, a mocking tone in the voice at the start.

Tikki sighed, giving up on reasoning with her feline partner. He'd only keep complaining at her if she didn't let him talk.

"Okay, fine," She gave in. "What do you want to talk about?"

"Oh! Well, I've run out of camembert and was wondering if you cou-" He began, but she cut him off, giggling as a stream of texts began to follow.

While it was nice that he wanted to talk to her, they literally had all the time in the world to do that. He could wait a few hours, right?

She giggled to herself, turning off the phone and returning to her pillow Marinette's bed so that she could finally go back to sleep.
