You and Shouto hit the giftshop after you ate and Shouto bought you a small (favorite sea animal) plush. You didn't really mind when people gave you stuff. Back when you were a worshipped goddess you got a lot of gifts and treasures. But you knew that they only did that to impress or please you because you're all "high and mighty". But when Shouto gave you that gift, you felt warm and fuzzy inside. He wasn't giving a gift to your power, he was giving a gift to your heart.
You both walked down the street where the fair was. Once you got there, there was already a lot of people and you were hauled into a large crowd. You tugged at Shouto's sleeve
"Shouto, the VIP line."
"Where's that?"
"We have to find the VIP line." You joked.
"I HAVE VERY IMPORTANT HEROES HERE!!" You screamed and started shoving through the crowd, Shouto's hand in yours. "Tell them it's Mt. Lady. Tell them Mt. Lady is here." Shouto said to you. You managed to get through the crowd, entering the fairgrounds. You stopped in the giftshop to make sure you have everything. "They have a lot of really bad merch." Shouto pointed out while glancing around the shop with his classic emotionless face. You nodded and pointed at square plush of their mascot. "I don't understand what that is, but I relate to it." The corners of Shouto's mouth lifted a bit then you both made your way to the spinning teacups.
After you waited in the short line, the lady opened the gate and let the next group go on the ride. Once the two of you passed the lady to get in one of the teacups, she mumbled to herself "What a cute couple". You face turned to a light shade of pink but Shouto didn't notice. Once the ride started, you started turning the wheel as fast as you could making the teacup spin very very fast. Shouto just leaned back, held a straight even as you were spinning very fast.
You and Shouto did a couple more rides and even took a picture with the mascot. You were just getting off a roller coaster and you two were tossing complaints back and forth.
"I feel like I'm gonna barf."
"I hated it."
"My skin shifted a bit."
"That was way more than a 70 degree drop. They lied."You sat down at a close by bench and rested for a bit to look at the photo they took during the ride. You were laughing in the photo and Shouto had an emotionless face on with all of his hair flying back. You giggled at the photo, showing Todoroki then you went to the photo booth. Bakugo just got off the ride along with Kirishima, Kaminari and Hanta. They were in the middle of buying their photo while Bakugo was looking at everyone else's photos so he could laugh at them. Until his eyes landed on someone's photo. A vein popped out of his neck when he saw (Y/n) and Todoroki's photo. (Y/n) was laughing, Todoroki had a straight face and Bakugo's pupils shrunk when he saw in the picture that... they were holding hands. 'How did I not see them in line!?'
Bakugo ran off from his group, ignoring all of Kirishima's calls after him. Bakugo raced out of the exit, his eyes darting everywhere looking for you two. He knew that you must have not gone far since you rode the same ride as him. He finally spotted you two going into a photobooth so he sprinted in that direction. You and Shouto got ready for the first photo and Shouto our his arm around making you blush. As you were about to smile Bakugo shoved open the curtain yelling a bunch of things right when the camera flashed.
You all exited the photobooth and Bakugo started yelling at Todoroki that he's better than him while you looked at the photos. The first photo was Bakugo barging in, you were looking at him with a startled expression and Todoroki had a straight face, still looking at the camera. The second photo was Bakugo crawling over you trying to get to Todoroki. And the final photo was of you trying to get out while Bakugo was shaking Todoroki by the collar. You sighed and went over to the boys, pushing Bakugo off of Todoroki. "So Katsuki. What brings you here?" You asked, trying not to make it awkward. "I wanted to go to the fair, isn't that what everyone else is doing?" He growled. You shrugged and ended up inviting Bakugo to hang out with the two of you. To your surprise, he yelled a yes.
"Let's go to the food court." You said as you felt hunger rising in you as you were passing the Goliath. "We've got to go on goliath though.'' Shouto said as he stopped to look at the monster huge ride. ''No shouto. The fooooooood court. We're going to the food court.'' You tried to explain to him but it was too late and the boys were already going in line. You rolled your eyes and joined them anyway. The wait in the line wasn't that long when you finally reached the carts.
The entire wait in line Shouto felt a small pit in his stomach that grew bigger and bigger the closer he got to the front of the line. ''I'm not gonna do this so you guys can go.'' Shouto said with a poker face. ''Oh c'mon. This is for babies.'' Katsuki said with a hint of anger in his voice as always. Shouto shook his head and went to the other side of the carts where the exit was while you and Katsuki got in the cart and buckled yourselves in. "Please don't die (Y/n), I have a very limited amount of friends." Shouto said as the cart began to move. Shouto wasn't worried about Bakugo making a move because he knew he didn't have the guts.
As the cart came back slowly, you and Katsuki's hair were all messed and you both looked like you went through a tornado and back. Katsuki had an exhausted look on his face while you were smiling like an idiot and giggling. "How was it?" Shouto asked as you both got out of the cart, fixing your hair and clothes. Katsuki pointed at Shouto. "You would have died!" "It was that bad?" Shouto asked, tilting his head like a confused puppy. You walked up to them, still laughing. "What's so funny?" Shouto asked again. "Katsuki's eyes w-w-w-were spitting te-te-tear-tears." You said in the middle of laughs as you clutched your stomach and wiped away your tears from laughing too hard. "And she was laughing the entire time!" Katsuki roared, pointing at you. "But it was horrifying." You admitted. "Really?"
"The initial drop is definitely more than straight down, it curved!" Katsuki complained. "80 degrees, right?" Shouto questioned. The two boys looked at you, waiting for an answer from you. "I don't do math, but it was scary." "Math IS scary." Shouto said, nodding. "That was the closest I have ever come to dying." Katsuki continued to complain. You chuckled and said goodbye to Katsuki as you Shouto began to walk toward the ferris wheel.
"Where the fuck are you going dorks!?" You and Shouto both turned around, "The ferris wheel" you simply answered. "I'll come with." Katsuki said as he caught up with the two of you. You really wanted to go on the ferris wheel with Shouto then go home, because that was originally the plan. "Actually we're gonna walk home instead." Shouto said, trying to get rid of Bakugo. It was bad enough he had to spend most of the day with him but now he can't just let him and (Y/n) go on the last ride alone together then leave.
"I'll walk with you."
"Actually we're gonna get a ride."
"I'll wait with you."The two boys went back and forth with this for awhile until you saw Izuku in a car with his mom. "There's our ride. Bye Katsuki!" You grabbed Shouto's wrist and pulled him along with you as you swung open Izuku's mom's car back doors and tackled the back seats with Shouto's wrist still in your hand. Izuku and his mom seemed terrified when two random people busted their way into their back seats in traffic and screamed. Izuku's screaming quieted when he realized it was just his classmates.
"Quetzalcoatl? Todoroki?" "Hey sorry Izuku that we just broke into your car but can we stay in here until someone in the parking lot leaves?" Izuku's mom caught her breath and let you stay in her car for a couple of minutes since they were stuck in traffic for the past 20 minutes. You saw Katsuki leave after a couple of seconds and thanked Izuku and his mom for letting them hide in their car. You and Shouto hopped out of the car and walked back towards the fair opening. You stopped for a second and flicked your fingers at the red light that the Midoriya's were waiting on, making a little bit of energy smash the red light making it turn green. Then the very long line of cars finally began to start moving. You smiled at the reactions that Izuku and his mom made when the cars in front of them began to move.
You and Shouto got in the short line for the ferris wheel. It was 10:00 right now so by the time you would get to the top, all the stars would be out. You both finally got in a cart and the wheel began to move very slowly. Stopping for 3 minutes so the top cart could take in the view. "We're gonna be in here for awhile so what do you want to talk about?" You asked, getting comfortable on the seat across from Shouto. "I don't know if this is too personal..." Shouto started, trailing off while debating if he should continue with the question. "No, no. Go ahead, I can take it." You said with positivity and a smile.
"You and your friend are both 15, correct?"
'Yeah 15 thousand.' "Yeah we are."
"And you both are a little too young to be living by yourselves. My question is...where are your parents?"
