Staring at the fire for as long as you have, the flames started reminding you of Shouto. But thinking of Shouto reminded you of your feelings toward him. Was it love? But if it was love then wouldn't he feel the same? 'Having a crush is hard.' You said in your head. What else were supposed to say? You've never had a crush before in your entire life.

Well... there was one time you thought you were close to having a crush. You remember the day you met that blonde boy as if it was yesterday.

You were walking down the street past U.A high at the same time when the students were released. It was their first day so you wanted to check out the future pro heroes. After the kids all got on their buses and subways to go home you were about to walk back to your condo apartment and maybe pick up some (fast food) on the way.

You pushed yourself off the tree you were leaning on and began walking until a boy walking out of the entrance of the famous school caught your eye. He looked like a first year and looked pretty worn out. He had blonde spiky hair with two front strands dangling out, his arms were all bandaged up and he seemed to have changed out of his school uniform into more casual, comfortable clothes. His backpack looked heavy full of stuff he needed for the first day of classes, the bag didn't look light at all since the boy was hunched over in pain.

Being the kind soul you are, you ran over to him and carried his bag for him. The boy sighed in relief and looked over to see who he'll give his gratitude to only to see a pretty girl and looked around his age. "Th-thank you." He mumbled in his husky voice. You closed your eyes and smiled, "I'm (Y/n), what about you?" "My name is Toshinori."

You didn't know why but your cheeks heated up a little bit and you ended up dozing off in the boys sapphire eyes. "Are you okay?" Toshinori asked, noticing you were staring at him. You snapped back into reality and felt something familiar in him.

"Are you... a one for all holder by any chance?" Toshinori stopped in his tracks and looked at you in utter disbelief. "Are you a villain? Are you a recent owner? Who do you work for?" He tried to be intimidating and even put up his very weak fists up. You chuckled in a short breath and put his fists down, worried he might cause more pain. "No, I know somebody who had it before you." Toshinori tilted his head, "You know Nana?" You shook your head 'no'. He cocked a brow. "How.. How old are you?" He asked in a shaky tone.

You sighed. "No point in covering it up with a lie now. I'm immortal." His eyes widened like saucers in sparkles and his mouth was stuck in a gasp with his hands clenched under his chin in a fangirl way. You both walked all the way to the subway and had multiple conversations about multiple subjects but it had to come to an end when you reached the subway. The doors slid opened and you placed Toshinori's bag on a seat where he sat down next to it.

You smiled and waved at him as you began to walk out but he grabbed your wrist before you could escape which made your heart skip a beat. You looked back at him where he smiled and said, "I think this is the start of a long lasting friendship." You smiled with a nod and walked out. He waved at you through the window as the train began moving. You waved back then started walking to the direction of your home. "He's a great guy but he'll match someone else perfectly one day. Love will come to me when it thinks I'm ready."

"Oi, demon." You blinked but then turned your attention to Katsuki. "Hm?" "What are you thinking about?" Katsuki wasn't talking in his normal angry voice which surprised you. He was talking in a comforting, soft voice like he actually cared about someone other than himself. "What do you mean?" "You seem deep in thought." You paused before you could think of an answer. One question has been in the back of your mind without you even knowing until now.

"Have you ever been in love?"

Katsuki's breath hitched and he choked on his saliva. "Why the hell do you want to know that?" You looked back to the fire again to avoid eye contact. "I'm just desperate for advice I guess." Katsuki rolled his eyes, "Just say what you want." You took a deep breath and analyzed the fire as it danced, the orange glow radiating off your skin providing warmth.
